ME back to airport - can we leave 3hrs earlier due to name on "Most Wanted" list?

DH has a common name that's on the airline's "Most Wanted" list. Found out when he flew in 2003. Now we make sure he's at the airport 3hrs (instead of 2) ahead of flight time. I believe MS has us leaving in time to get us to MCO 2hrs ahead. If we explain situation will they push up our departure time?

If you haven't booked your airline tickets yet, try booking them with his middle name included. (Like John Robert Smith instead of just John Smith). Sometimes this works around the problem.
To see if this worked, try checking in online with the airline you're traveling with...if they let you, then you should be good to go!

ME picks you up 3 hours prior your departure. Just ask them when the earlier bus leaves and if you can get on that one instead.

The day before you check out, a "Transportation Notice" with your pick-up time will be hung on your room's doorknob or slipped under the door. The pick-up time will be approx. 3 hours before your flight's scheduled departure.

If you want an earlier pck-up, there are three ways you can do this:

• Call Disney's Magical Express Guest Services at 866-599-0951 now, before you go, and tell them what you need.
• After you get your "Transportation Notice," make arrangements with Guest Services, either through your the bell service desk or by calling 866-599-0951.
• Ask the bell service desk at your resort if there's any problem just showing up and hour earlier. DME motorcoaches typically pick up twice per hour at fixed times. For example, it might be at 10 minutes after the hour and 40 minutes after the hour at your resort. The actual times after the hour vary by resort.

There is no problem arranging an earlier trip back to the airport via Magical Express, do it at least a day in advance at the resort if needed. For international and charter flights, leaving Disney 4 hours in advance rather than 3 is recommended. As always, get confirmation (here, bus time) in writing.

It's just that arranging a ME trip back less than 3 hours before flight time is not allowed and the CM's if they are paying attention will catch you on it.

Do not simply show up early, if that bus is fully subscribed you would not get on.

There might not even be a bus. If there are no ressies at that particular resort for that time frame, a bus might not even come through.

I am glad I read ahead, I was going to post this as it worked for my BIL. He was always on the SSSS list and since he flys often for business it was a problem. He tried his middle initial and then finally his middle name in its entirety worked. He also went to the DMV and had his liscense re-issued with his middle name as well, don't panic as I don't know if this was necessary. Again he did it as he flys often.

Try booking the airline reservation with your dh's full name and see what happens on the flight to MCO before changing ME. Then if there are issues you can re-arrange the ME time prior to your departure if you need it.

Don't wait to the last minute - make sure you have a reservation on a ME bus at the proper time. You can't just show up early like for a theme park bus because they may not have room. Worse they may not have an eariler bus scheduled for your resort.
