ME and Cruiseline transport

Hello. Does anyone know what happens on the ME and Cruiseline transport when you have a powerchair or and scooter? I find those steps at the front of the bus really hard to climb last year and this year I won't be able to at all. I wondered if they have a ramp? Also will a powerchair and scooter fit on the luggage area of the buses?

Some of the Magical Express and Disney Cruise Transportation buses are equipped with lifts.
You need to request one ahead of time when leaving a resort. It's not vital to request one ahead of time when leaving the airport, but will usually mean a shorter wait.

A scooter can be loaded under the bus in the storage area or be brought up the lift. If the guest can't walk up the stairs, they would usually ride the scooter up the lift. The guest would transfer to a bus seat and the scooter would be tied down inside the bus seating area.
A power wheelchair is too heavy to lift into the storage area, so the guest would go up the lift with it.
