ME and coordinating different flights

I have two vacations back to back with two different groups of people. The one group will leave Florida ( I will stay) and the second group will arrive a couple of days later. I will be leaving with the second group.

Question: Do you think it will be easier to show me arriving and leaving with the first group and arriving and leaving with the second group. I am worried about setting up so many different ME schedules.

I would book your arrival and departure individually with DME without regard for the others. You would need to book DME with your arrival date and flight so they have the proper bus schedule to meet the needs that day. In addition they need to know your departure flight and day so they can schedule your pick up.

I am sorry but I don't understand what any of the other vacationers plans have to do with your DME reservation. Sorry.....

I guess that means I would book your DME arrival with the first group and departure with the second??

I am the one who made the reservations for both groups. The first group is with my sister, the next with my Dh. All of the tags will be arriving to my house. It seems like a lot for ME to work out. I will give it a try.

I might just do that. In the course of the trip I am staying at four different resorts. Thanks!
