Hi - hoping someone can help with a couple of issues.

1. When I booked/travelled in 2012, my profile was created ("David"). When I booked this year (logged on), I must have used "Dave" as my name, so now I have two profiles for the same person (me). The account is under "David", but all reservations for this trip are for "Dave" - ADR's, resort etc. I don't think it's a huge deal, but I'd hate to get one mixed up with the other, and find a MB isn't linked properly etc. Any idea if there would be a way to merge the two...?

2. Family are travelling with us as well. I invited my brother to join as family/friends, as did he. However, I cannot see the rest of his family (no separate emails for each person incl. his small child). So I can't book FP+ for most of his group. Is there a way to fix that?

Thanks

Not sure if this will cause any problems. The same exact thing happened to me. I really hope we don't experience any problems due to this. I did notice that My nickname which I used on my previous trip says I don't have a valid ticket. However, my full name which is attached to all of my reservations does come up as a valid ticket.

I think most of the problems with you not being able to see the rest of his family are because there are 2 of you in the system. The same thing happened to me where it would give me the option to book FP for some family and not others, etc. because there were 2 of us in the system.

Before your FP window opens, I would call tech support. They will be able to combine the 2 accounts so there is only one of you remaining in the system. I think this will help to solve the rest of your issues as well.

You won't be able to see the children (if under 13 without MDE accounts themselves) per the Disney site. "In looking on the FAQs for MDE, I found this question 'In My Disney Experience, how can multiple adults or teens make plans for a child?' and it basically says you can't."

Check out this thread (I have the same issue. Thank goodness my daughter is under 3 so am mostly dependent on my sister to do the reserving of FP+ for all of us.)
