MDE not updating

Help please>>>

So the obsessed person i am... i was up till 2am switching things around for our Christmas week in WDW:santa:. Thanks to the new updated hours. UGH

I moved FP+s around, dining around all on my lap top.
Then I Saw that everything went from 2 people down to 1:badpc: that finally straightened out after a couple of hours., But then my FP+ for mine train split my DD and i up. It put me down as 1 person when we're obviously linked so i had to scramble to find another FP+ that would be close in time.

It was a disaster to say the least at 2am:headache:

But my main concern now is that MDE is not updating anything that i did At ALL on my phone. i tried shutting everything down, refreshed nothing :furious:When i try to change a time on my dining reservation it doesn't even recognize me and i made all the ressies. And im signed in.:worried:

Has this happened to anyone else? And what can i do to straighten this out

I was having trouble with the app on my phone. I actually ended up completely uninstalling the app and then re-installing. Once I signed in on the new install, no problems.
Are you seeing all of your ressie's and FP on MDE on your desktop ok? If it's the app giving you trouble, I recommend trying the uninstall.
 
I had the app on my phone change all my fp from 6 people to 3 last Saturday night. I was freaking out!! My poor DH! I checked the app on my iPad and all was well. I had just updated the app on my phone so maybe that’s why? It ended up being fixed on my phone a few minutes later after I closed it out and reopened.
 
Hi. Thank you for your quick reply. I am very new to this whole smart phone stuff. So I can’t find out how to uninstall the app on my 5s iPhone Lol I owned a flip phone until last year lol
Would you kindly be able to explain how to uninstall it please.

Edit. Yes everything is good on the laptop. I will print it out and bring it just Incase.

You should be able to long-press on the icon and get an option to delete it. You want to uninstall, not just take the icon off your screen. The link Hiro posted has some instructions :)
 
I’ve found the app on my iPad and the website on my laptop have both been really glitchy today.

I can’t see all my plans on either device the only way I’ve been able to modify an ADR today was to try and make a new one at a conflicting time and then it prompts me to make a choice between the two.

Now it’s only showing that I have 1 person for my fastpasses even though there are made for anywhere between 4 to 16 people !!!

I hope that everything is actually all ok as there are 18 of us and we’re staying for 21 nights from Dec 10th. Making all those ADRs and fastpasses over the last 6 months has aged me about 100 years and I’d be a little bit angry (LOL!!) if some Disney IT glitch messed all my plans up

Opened them and resigned in and they updated

I’ve just deleted the app from my iPad and reinstalled it and now everything has disappeared !!!!
 
Oh no I hope it all works out. IT has to get it together!!
Everything showed up on my laptop. So I’m sure all your plans are intact.
 
Probably glitching.

I have separately linked tickets and pre-booked FPs are still showing. Do you perhaps have a package booked? Disney may be updating some areas of MDE.

Yes all all 7 booking are packages ....... I hope you’re right and it’s just some update and everything is back to normal tomorrow
 
Just updating>>>I was able to delete and reinstall the Disney App and all is well and coordinating between my laptop and i phone.. Yay!! It also seems that the website is functioning (so Far) as well.

"Hard close the app" ? How do I do that? My iPhone 5 is not letting me use the MDE app today. A black bar appears on the bottom of the screen when I sign in and says "Something's not right. Please try signing in again soon." On the same phone I can go the the Disney World website and sign in to MDE from there and it works fine. I just can't do it by clicking on the ap icon on my screen. Can anyone help me figure this out?

What i did was press on the icon until you see all the icons shaking(hard close) . there's an X in the upper left hand corner click that and it will say delete. click delete it will say you will lose all your data but dont worry it will be reinstated when you install the app again in the apps store.

I just had to do this and it worked like a charm.
