MDE: missing family

I have MDE all set up for our family of 5. Tickets purchased and linked to each person's MB. All is well. Except recently I went into the MDE section "Magic Bands & Cards" and it only shows 3 of us? When I go into the MDE section "My Reservations" is shows all five of us and it shows tickets linked to each person. Another strange thing is that when I go into the customize MB screen it shows all 5 of us and that the bands have been customized.

Do you think this is just a glitch in the website that only 3 of 5 of us shows up on the Magic Bands & Cards screen?

Our FP+ window is coming up and want that process to go smoothly.

Do the others have their own accounts? If so log into those and see if their MB order is there. I have everyone on the reservations listed in the magic band order but I don't have their tickets and bands listed on my account. However when I make FP choices everyone shows up in my account. Hope that wasn't confusing

I show the same.There are 5 of us and on the customize page it shows all 5(which have been customized). On the magic band & card page (where you manage status) it says i have 5 ordered but only lists 4 to manage. mine is one of those 4. I had MS link bands to my account, so its odd that it doesnt show all 5 to manage.
feeling uneasy about these bands!
