MDE Login Issues

Been trying to login to MDE for the last two days to make a payment on our trip and keep getting kicked back to the login page. Doesn't say there are any user name or password problems just returns me to the login page each time, and wondering if others are experiencing the same.

If you're using Chrome it's been doing that for a couple of months now. I have to do a "new incognito window" to be able to access my account on line.

I switch out to Internet Explorer. I’d rather use Chrome, but it’s just not working for me.

Good idea--I'm using Chrome and will try IE.

Igot on a few days ago and the Make Payment link was gone. Come the next morning it was back. Im starting to think they do maintenance around midnight and screw things up. Even more than usual.
