MDE app on ipad

[I’d rather be diving]

My MDE app on my iPad won’t open. It brings up the purple castle then closes out. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling it but nothing works. Any suggestions?

Which iPad do you have? Are you due for a software update?

Mine is working ok.
