MDE App not working for ADRs

Of course during my 180 day opening, my app won't book ADRs. It searches, finds times, but when I choose a time, it says "something went wrong." I have deleted the app and have re-installed. Didn't help. What are some other things to try? (Or is the app just not working right now)?

I have an iphone 6 running iOs 11.3.1

The app has been doing this to me for a few months. I am very frustrated. I have updated when an update is available in hopes that it will solve the problem, but it’s still the same. The most frustrating part, though, is that the app works for other people on this board.

It seems to be hit and miss. I've had enough problems that when it comes time to do ADRs or FPs, I use our computer to get the reservations and rarely have problems. In the parks, I've used the app for online meal ordering and getting more Fps without problems.

I use my computer when I really want to get things done.

That said, I've tried to modify some ADRs on the app lately, and I've gotten the "it's too late to modify this, you'll have to call" message. For my July trip!

The app and website have been doing this to me all weekend. I'm just under the 30 day mark and finalizing plans. I've been on the phone with them several times.

I’m getting slightly nervous. My 180+ window for Thanksgiving will be here very soon, and I am unable to make reservations on the website or app. Right now I’m needing to call (we ha e a July trip also). If I have to call for Thanksgiving reservations, I’m really risking not getting the ADRs we really want. But there seems no other alternative for me.

I would start calling at 655am EST on that day.
