Hello All:
First post here! Booked a trip to WDW for Oct. 2017 for the fam. On the web based MDE, the resort stay is shown as well as the park hopper passes for all my family members.
On the MDE app on my iPhone, only the park hoppers are shown. There are no resort reservations linked. If I try to do it manually, it says the reservations are already linked to someone else and to call the (407) number.
I called technical support, and the very nice person on the other end said he had to refer it to a higher level to have it resolved and that they had already gone home for the day. A few minutes later he called back and I somehow missed the call. Apparently, he didn't realize that the resort would not show up in the app only until at least 365 days before the trip.
Obviously I have a lot of time before this trip so I am not really overly concerned at this point, but has anyone else had this same problem and had it resolved when you were within 365 days of your trip?
