MDE and mobile check in and multiple rooms/people

I have 3 rooms booked under my account and in my MDE. We are all arriving at different times so how does mobile check in work if they are all under my account. 26year old doesn’t want a magic band but he doesn’t have a MDE account so I assume he can’t use mobile magic and will need a key to the world card for his room and tickets etc?

If you are in control of their resort reservations then you will be able to do online check in ahead of time for each of the rooms. You would set up the phone number or email address that you want to use to receive the room ready texts for each reservation when you do the online check in.

Ok thanks. Follow up question - how does he access the room? I get that based on above he will get notified but how can he get into his room with no magic band or MDE/mobile magic account.

He has to ask for a key card at the front desk.

I'm guessing you or someone else is taking care of ALL of his QS ordering? If there's a possibility that he'd be doing his own QS meals, he will need the MDE app and account because of mobile ordering.
