I hope this isn't a bad sign or something. I purchased my DVC discounted annual pass and got them in the mail over the weekend. They did not show up in MDE account. I tried to enter the info on the back of the pass but the pass show linked to another account. I called tech support for the website and after about 45 mins they finally were able to link my tickets to my account. The tech could not really explain why, how or who they were linked to. They do show up now but really don't get what happened. My advice to anyone that their tickets do not show up to call website support to work things out. Glad I didn't wait to figure this out at a park on my first day. I just hope there is no issue now when I go to actually activate
