When i go to magic bands to see if my family want to change there colors before they were mailed they weren't there, but I was. Now a few days later they are there and I am not I can't change my color if I wanted to should I call tech? Also I can't do online check in because it's saying I need to put a credit card on but we are not doing any charging to the room so does this mean I have to wait and not do online check in just go to the front desk?

Would a prepaid card work with MDE? You could just use that card with Disney. If so that might be the plan. Maybe the Disney official credit card has some type of instrument, and that might open up doors to character greeting, etc. Unfortunately Disney databases are unlikely to improve. I've had to hold my nose, and just comply.

Yes I would call tech about the MB situation.

They recently changed the look and options of online check in.
I believe that it is now required to put a CC on file in order to check in lonline.
This does not mean that you have to use your MB to charge anything back to your room.
Personally I don't have a problem with having my CC on file and I have never charged anything back to my room.
If you don't have a CC on file then you will have to go to the front desk to check in.

Needs to be a credit or debit card, even if you plan to pay down your folio with Disney Gift Cards.
