MDE account question

DS and his wife are going to WDW in November. DH and I are going in January. Everyone except DH as a MDE account.

I can see hotel, ADRs (I've made all of them for both trips), and tickets for both trips. I just noticed today that I can also see DS's fast pass selections. There are no names (that I can see) that are associated with the fast pass selections.

Okay, so I'm still a little dense despite all the answers I've been given regarding MDE and magic bands, but I just want to be sure that there is no way that any of DH and my tickets will be used by accident for DS's trip (we have 2 1-day hoppers and a MK only ticket, each. DS and wife have 1 5-day ticket, each).

Can't say that there is "no way" that can happen.

We can assume that under normal circumstances that the correct tickets will be used for the correct guest.

If, by chance, something goes wrong, it can be corrected by WDW I.T.

Thanks, Robo. I guess I was a little surprised to see their fast pass selections under my MDE Reservations and Tickets, without names associated with them. I hadn't noticed them in that location until today, so I'm not sure when they appeared.

Is that normal to see everyone's fast pass selections without names? How can you be sure you are looking at yours and not theirs if you are all on the same trip but going on different rides?

Click on the FPs and see what options appear (and, maybe, names.)

Yes, thanks! I had to click 'view details' and then it came to the fast passes for a particular day, and then I had to click 'view details' again and I it says "shared with" DS and his wife. Not sure why it says "shared with" rather than "assigned to".

Who booked those FPs?
How were they booked?

DS booked the FPs at the 60 day mark on his computer.

Just talked to him at work (not near his computer) and he says that he just checked his account this a.m. and things looked "correct". All that he mentioned was that he could have chosen me or for FPs also, but that's because we are "Friends".

I think the 3 of us have our settings to 'able to view all plans' rather than 'able to view only shared plans' because we are not going on the same trip.

Also, I don't check my MDE regularly but I don't think I was able to see his FP selections the days after he made them. Then, maybe he did something to share them, but I don't think so because he emailed them to me.

Unfortunately(?), I put my name as the main person for the ADRs and DS as the Guest, even though I'm not going but I was using my cc to hold the reservation. Not sure if that is an issue. That can't be undone.

Another thing is that I could change/cancel their fast passes if I wanted, it seems. I was really nervous about doing that when I was viewing their selections.
