MDAS Heroic Encounter Questions

Our planner has the Heroic Encounter opening up on February 3rd for our March 5th MDAS sailing.
A couple questions.
1. Does this usually sell out fast?
2. What time does it open? Midnight or in the AM? I am trying to set an alarm.

2. 12AM (Midnight), so be ready the night of February 2nd to stay up late.

We just got off the Magic and there were still times available for both Heroic Encounters available to book until the day before MDAS. If you for sure want to do it, best not to wait in case it does book up.
