With Magical Express going away in January what transportation services do people use? also how do they handle children that need car seats? TIA

Personally I intend to use Mears Connect.
Its essentially paid DME.

We generally use Lyft / Uber and bring inflatable booster seats (like "Bubble Bum").

Maybe if they take care of your luggage. For a family of 5 though it is a big added expense round trip

I have used Tony Hinds three times now and I love his service. He charges a set fee, no matter number of passengers..not sure if there is a max he can take…but it was recently $140 for the 4 of us, and included a stop at Publix to pick up an order and allowed us to run into the liquor store,

When I go on my own, I’ll do Mears connect…I think...but for two or more, I’ll book him!

DME hasn't been taking care of your luggage since reopening.
It was actually a 3rd party that went bankrupt not Disney directly anyways.
I'm not a fan of picking up my luggage but You'll be picking it up anyhow...
I just pay for myself so to me the cost isn't too bad.
I personally like the fact that Mears knows what they are doing vs some guy that just started Uber yesterday.

I know it was a third party, but wish Mears would do the luggage drop off at the resorts like what was available before COVID, instead of having to hoof all your luggage with you.

Mears taxis I know does have car seats and boosters as well as scooter accessible vehicles. I would call ahead.

I use Orlando Luxury Transportation Limo and Car Service (google them - should be the first link with a nice OLT icon). They are great people. I pay a few extra dollars, but they text me when I am still in the air / landing telling me what carousel my luggage will be at. They meet me at the escalator leading down. They carry all my luggage for me and put it in the limo. They provide a VERY relaxing ride and sometimes if you ask nicely before hand, they will even have your favorite drink waiting for you. No per person charge, but of course I tip well based on the number of people. Like I said - I pay more, but they are so much worth it for the service.

After you get your luggage, and go outside, he meets you there. It’s been a very nice service!

We have used FL Tours, which has been (still is?) the sponsor of the transportation board. We never check bags anyway - fly by carry on + owners locker and do laundry at WDW. They have boosters and car seats too, as well as a grocery stop which we have never used. Even when we take DME to come TO the park, we almost always use them to go to the airport because it gives us an extra 60-90 minutes at WDW on departure day.

You do a preorder via Publix on Universal Blvd. Set it for curbside pick up for about an hour after you land. Then text them when you arrive in the parking lot. It is so nice and easy. We then go into the liquor store that is right there as well.

I am also booked with him for January already!

This is brilliant!! We may do the same thing in January for our trip. United pushed our flight a couple of hours early so we have a bit of time to kill. And you just reminded me we have not scheduled our pick up with him yet! Have to do that today. Thanks again!!

He charges one price no matter the number of people And It includes the stop.
