MCO to Port Canaveral Rental Car

Hello!
I was wondering if anyone has ever rented a car at MCO and returned it to Port Caneveral before they go on their curise. How does all of this happen? What has been your experiance? ANy tips would be wonderful!
We are arriving the 10th at MCO and staying the night at disney. The next day we go on our curise and want to return our rental car there.
Any tips or good deals would be apperciated

Go to www.dcltribute.com and look up car rentals. He gives a lot of good advice even if you're not cruising on DCL.

Hi.
We just Avis in 2004 and will use them again next April.Easy at MCO and easy at Port Canaveral + they have a effient shuttle service to the port.The whole process of returning the car and getting to the ship took less than 30 minutes.

We did budget last december to/from port....

very easy....shuttle was great....

We've done this.... National rental at MCO and drop-off at Cocoa Beach. Think this costed about $25. From there, we took a cab to the cruise port for a flat rate of $11. National has a deal with Banana River cab company for this. I suggest you call the Cocoa Beach office and make arrangements there as it seemed to be cheaper.

I just did this on October 23. We rented from Budget at MCO and dropped off on Astronaut Blvd. Took the free shuttle, which was waiting for us, to the cruise terminal. Budget seems to be the closest, only about 3 miles to the terminal. After the cruise was also a breeze. We just walked out to the Budget pick up location and they had four vans running. We only waited about 2 minutes.
