MCO to Drury Plaza

A few questions; what shuttle services can someone recommend other than ride share to get from MCO to Drury Plaza?
And if I was to use Mears Connect what is the closest Disney Springs resort I could walk from? I’m thinking about walking with luggage..

Hi - I’ve been doing some homework as same situation re Drury Plaza. Looking on Google maps street view - B resort is across road slightly above Drury and Double Tree is same but slightly below. However Double Tree has a cross walk and B Resort doesn’t. I’m planning Mears Connect to Double Tree - most other options expensive and subject to surge demand. However going back to airport a Lyft or Uber looks more affordable option.
Disappointed in Mears been using them for over 20 years and their reliability important to me but an argument the don’t have capacity to add location back and then have their own staff suggest doing to the hotel across the street makes no sense to me.

We used Mears before the Magical Express to stay at both Disney and offsite resorts. I don’t recall there being a list of place to chose from, you just booked a shared shuttle and they took you and other people to various locations.
It used to be so easy to plan a Disney trip now it’s an expensive PIA. I really want to travel to other countries but this past year I’ve been dealing with health issues so I decided to stay closer to home. And I wanted something easier to plan.
