Mazda/Disney Promo

Awhile ago I did the link to Disney for the Mazda test drive. Both my husband and I did it (with different addresses)

I got my gift card and so did my husband. went to our disney store to buy disney dollars. No problem there!

But, when they swiped the cards, one went thru fine and the other had an error. After several tries she called to find out the balance and was told the card had been voided in Lyndale, store no 750 or 850. she couldn't/wouldn't tell me where Lyndale even is!

Since the card was rec'd yeseterday and I know I didn't use it, I called Mazda when I got home. Pretty embarrassing to be standing on line and have this happen!

I only bought $25 DD with the one card.

I called Mazda and they will look into it. Stinks thta they sent us a voided gift card! Hopefully they believe me and send me a new one.

Sorry you're having problems. I did this offer but have never received my gift card. Can you tell me what number you called at Mazda? I couldn't figure out if I should contact Mazda or Disney. Of course, I wanted the DD's for our trip which is over now, but at least I can get some stuff at the Disney Store.

it took about 5 weeks to get the gift card.

i called 800-222-5500 which was the number on mazda's website for customer assistance.

we'll see what happens

Debbie7452, I called about my test drive which had been gone 6 weeks and they gave me a set of dates that I should recieve the card during.I called 1-877-575-8761.I hope this helps.I hoping mine shows up next week so I can cash it in.April

Thank you both. I should be getting my card soon, they did have me in their system. Too bad our Disney trip is over but it will be fun spending anyway!

Both my mother and I did this test drive. I received my GC right away, but my mother is still waiting. She called Mazda about this over a month ago and they told her it would be here by the first week of July, but it still hasn't showed up. I guess she'll have to call again.
