Maybe one more trip this year...

Ok everyone, Disney world budgeters, help me out. I've done Disney twice this year. I'm addicted. I'll have two weeks of PTO the last two weeks of December. I want to do one last trip. Probably 3 days maybe 4. I spent quite a bit of money last time even by choosing value resorts. $120 a night still adds up especially for a 7 night/8 day vacation. As a side note, somebody hit my car outside my apartment and left a few scratches and paint missing. Since it's an older car, I'm not getting it repainted. I'm pocketing the cash and going to Disney (hopefully).

I'm considering flying down, and staying at a close off property hotel. And Ubering to the parks. As a single 22 yr old female, I've only used Uber once (to get from Disney to Discovery Cove) and it was fine. How much is an average ride from a hotel near the gate to the park? $15? Around there? And how much more is it to Uber to and from the airport?

Also is Disney more expensive at the end of December around Christmas time? I'm a solo traveler. Thanks in advance for all the help. I love DIS boards!

Have you checked flights? We have gone the last week of December and are doing so again this year, but the flights are outrageous!
It is a beautiful time to see the parks and enjoy the weather, even with all the people.

The last 2 weeks of December are the busiest, most expensive on their calendar. Seriously, Christmas/New Years? I would save that money and go at another time.
