yep-z-beepers, we finally found some down time..@ work....


first things first...that w.t. , he takes every advantage he can
muster up...flirting too! i see i am going have to keep a "keen" 's
eye on him. dastadly, lil' blizzen! my guess? he also "sporting" a blackbeard
when he is on here?..be weary, lil~C...of his enticements...,rumor is -
a million girlfriends...to booty. [ he may give away his enticements,
but soon leading to entitlments...

ok..i read your adr's...i pick yours..to fill my doggie bag...

...and utah m...going too, wow ,time is short.....[i pack a bag,
just in case someone, passes by.... ,

life isn't fair...but it shouldn't be this dog gone.... !

I was so delusional about what I looked like. I should NOT have been wearing that, much less in public. It will be better this year.

So we're back at the MK on some day in May of 07.

Since relax was one of our major rules, we found some pavement to claim for Spectromagic.
We got there about an hour and a half before the parade started and asked the cast members where the rope was going to go.
I staked out a trashcan (to lean against) closest to what would become the rope line and settled in.
Eventually, a really nice family from the Chicago area showed up.
At first, I was not pleased.

Cuz there were a million of them.

Ranging in age from about 25 to 2.

And they were all saying “Mama!” at the same time.
Turns out it was a woman with her kids and grandkids.

And they all refer to her as “Mama.”

And they all need something every second.

Goodness gracious.

But seriously, after a bit (and half of them went to get ice cream), I had fun with them.
And it turns out several of them live in Nashville.
So they helped me stake out our spot.
And as soon as that rope went up, we moved so we were front and center, yet still sitting.

Only a “nice” family weasled in to our space.


Argh.


And separated me from the family I’d just come to love!

It’s ok.
After another 30 minutes or so, I grew to love the new family too.
And here’s one of those Disney secrets (not like overpriced DVC. This is for Marita - I hate DVC! heh).

Some of the most fun you have while at Disney is stuff you could do for free at your own house.

I guess I’d never slowed down enough to notice, but the cast members bring out toys and games before the parade starts to entertain the families.

I don’t know when I’ve laughed so hard!

It was so cute watching all these kids who were complete strangers interacting.

They limboed.

They hula hooped.

They played ring toss.

They were adorable!

I think Tammy might be on to something with this whole relax strategy.

UMA- I have already warned them about my kids too. Nicholas will talk the leg of you ....and he thinks his jokes are really funny or should I say pranks.

I am going to stop and smell the roses this time. We have no agenda then to met all of you and do the what ever the kids might want to do. Saying that I will see the princesses a lot and pirates a lot, unless Nicholas has grown up and wants to see something else for a change.

Glad you Mom is coming with you. You will have a full house, how will you keep everything straight.

Forgot to say ...I am not dressing up for the Halloween party. The kids will though. If your Minnie what is Tammy going to be?

nab - I love jokes. most pranks too. as long as they'renot on me!
Tammy's going to be pirate mickey.
I made her black and white pirate pants, she has a pirate shirt we got at party city last year and we'll go through our luggage and try to find the pirate bandanna with mickey ears that she bought last year.
I'm just regular minnie, not pirate minnie.

Here are two emails she sent me:

What is the website of the place we are staying at? Did you have fun yesterday?
I don't know about the volunteer work? I want to do it but not all day. What is
the deadline. I want to go to downtown disney one night but I guess we can'T
because of Jenny. Their are special activies for preschollers. I guess you have
already seen that. Take care. I Love you. Mama

What Floor are we staying on? Will we be able to see fireworks. I am getting
excited? Strech called Daddy tonight and he wants him to go to Washington, D.c
In November and I think he is going. Now he will be off my back. Talk to you
tomarrow. Love ya, Mama Is Tammy feeling better.

She is so funny? I asked her if she wasn't sure if she was excited or not.
She said she meant to hit the ! and hit ? instead.

Cuz they're Soooooo close to each other.

And it's very dangerous letting your mother near your internet hangouts! She read about a problem I'm having on the sewing thread and gave me her suggestions.

The next day was our AK day.

And boy was it hot!

And crowded!

We got there around 11 or so and started meandering towards Expedition Everest.

Tammy knew the plan.

We were getting two fast passes and either backtracking to see Nemo or going ahead to Kali River Rapids.

Since the next Nemo show was starting in 45 minutes, I left her in line for it and went to get our fast passes.

Once I made it back, she was already in the theater, but we were able to find each other.

This show is incredible! I love it so much!

So when it was done, we went to Everest.


Cuz she’s riding with me, right?


Right.


So first she needs to go to the bathroom.


So we do that.


Then we get in the fastpass line.


And she starts to have doubts.


Then she says something like


“Don’t yell at me.”









“Why would I yell at you?”



“Because I’m not going to ride.”







“What?!”

“I’m scared. It goes backwards.”

“Ok, but you promised.”

”I can’t do it.”

So I glared at her. But I did not yell.

She asked for the chicken exit (she knew what it was called since she had used it in September to get out of Rock’nRoller Coaster).

And left me to fend for myself against the scary Yeti!

I was paired with a little girl who couldn’t have been more than 8 years old.

She was in the single rider line, so I assumed that she was an experienced pro.

Nope.

It was her first time.

And she was brave enough to go in the single rider line on top of that!

I told her it was a lot of fun and she was very brave.

She asked that I not laugh at her if she screamed.

Awww!

I told her that screaming was the best part and I’d be screaming right along with her.

After I got off the ride, I might have called Tammy a chicken. Maybe once. And told her about the brave little girl.
And then I dropped it. But I’m sure I glared some more.

Until we got home and I got Jeanie and Anthony to call her a chicken. Hehehe.

Ok! Tammy! YOU ARE GOING ON EE! Everyone's scared of it at first! I was totally scared that it goes backwards too! It turns out to be the best part! You will love it! I promise! I bet you'll want to get back in line! It is an amazingly smooth and thrilling ride! The story and theming is amazing! I wouldn't call you a chicken or wussy, since I'm not your mother but you really should ride. It's fun!

Tammy I will not call you a chicken.

We did EE last year. Even Hannah did it but said she didn't want to do it again. I think her butt lifts of the seat in that one so I was holding her the whole time.

She love the roller coaster at MK though. She screams her head off, which makes us all laugh too.

We have a ride here at Wonderland that is called the Bat that goes backwards more then that one I think. I it the best part.

I finally have my camera, the cord and my computer all in the same place so I can post pics of Twinkie's and Utah's presents. I remembered to take the picture at the post office, so you'll see lovely Nashville asphalt in the background. And tammy's shirt.
The pink and purple tiara is Utah's. Duh.
The more discreet purse is Twinkie's.

It is not Uma who you have to worry about with your socks in CROCS. Like Twinkie said, she commits that sin while at WDW. You DO NOT wear CROCS with socks and shorts! (Only with Christmas socks and jeans at Christmas time)

I suppose I can forgive you since you say you get blisters. I don't get them with my CROCS, so I am always sockless.

Pretty cool gifts. Hope they have a hole in the bottom to get the money out when saved. Wouldn't want to have to break them.

Nab - tell him I ride pretty much anything. I don't like rockn'roller coaster, but I'll ride it.
but I'm kinda glad it'll be closed this time.

mommyp - but my feetsies will hhuuuuuuurrt!
I keep hoping that the more weight I lose, the less blisters I'll get, but it didn't work in May - I started getting them even with thin socks with my crocs.
so this time I'm wearing thick socks.
Except on days when I wear skirts.

yes, I'll be wearing a skirt a few times.

I just spent 11 bucks on buying two yards of pooh toile -
it's predominantly white with a blue pattern.
and when it gets here, it will be past labor day.
so I WILL wear that skirt!
