May Trip Suggestions?

I am bringing my sister to the happiest place on earth at the end of May (it worked into our schedules). The last two days we are there are grad nights (5-24, 5-25). What should we do on these days? Should we brave the park in the morning and find another place to be the rest of the day? What are some surrounding anaheim attractions/shows that are must-sees? Please leave your suggestions

I'd wait and decide after reports are back on earlier grad night dates. With the new format, there's potential to be higher crowds during the day. But no one knows for sure when they'll show up.
