April was the "lost month" for me....visiting a friend in need in another state, busy with stuff going on in my home-based businesses and here at my paycheck job, DH installing a new light fixture in my scrapbook room for 2 weeks - with a ladder over my table and no way to get around it!

SO, May had better be more productive! So far, nothing has been accomplished, scrap-wise, but Mother's Day better mean "me" time!

Good job to all of you who have been rolling out the pages!

4 pages for me today please. I was going to do more, but it was way to hot in my loft and my cricuit and I weren't seeing eye to eye (it kept messing up my y's ) so I decided to quit after all that. Lol.

Why is it that gifts always seem so much easier to complete than our own stuff? I made a book for my sister in law for christmas and that just flew by, but here I am super backed up on anything and everything of mine! Eeeek You can do it...just gotta start and then it will flow!

Do you think it could be because for gift books, we generally have a plan, and they have a finite number of pages?

I have 6 more pages to hopefully do today and will be finished with yet another DL trip, this time Aug 2008. Only 4 more behind but with the BIG trip in 30 days I will be done scrapping DL until July.

My Mother's Day gift was an assist from my DS to put one of those cubes with drawers together...the little screws are so hard to do (Of course he found the right bit for the electric screwdriver). So I was able to pick up my scrapbook room, dust off all the junk that had fallen on my table from the light fixture replacement, and

SCRAP 4 PAGES!!!

Yes! Finally on the boards for the month!
