May hours and Keys to the Kingdom Tour

Hello, I have two questions:
1. About when will May 2022 hours be released?
2. Can I reserve the Keys to the Kingdom tour 60 days out from the start of our trip or do I have to wait until it's 60 days before the day we want the tour?
