Howdy, fellow exercise freaks and fanatics! We had such an awesome month in April (yes I know it is not quite over, but we all have done so well!) let's keep the momentum going.:cool1:

As always, here is how it goes: Post up how much exercise you are committed to doing this month (and year too if you are so inclined) in whichever increment you like-ie minutes, miles, laps etc. Then post up your progress.When you post up your numbers, please do so in this format: 100/1200 (minutes done/goal). It is really helpful if I don't have to do any math. :teacher: The milestones are as follows:

10% blue
25% green
50% purple
75% orange
90% red
100% silver
Over 100% gold

Remember this is FUN and not meant to stress you out!!! I am sticking with my goal of 1200 minutes for the month. I am hoping to get a lot of running done while on vacation, but I may fall short.

If you participated last month, make sure to post your final results there. I am keeping track (kind of) of the yearly minutes for those doing that. And I sometimes have to refer back to it so it helps if I have your monthly totals.

ok sign me up. I didn't make my 1800 for April. May is going to be harder with the kids haome from college, my sisiter coming for three weeks and a wedding to go to. So i am goingto be very conservative 1200.

I'm going to try for 1000 minutes again, even though I fell a little short for the month of April. I should be able to do 1000 in May with no problem.

Can I join? I did a sparkpeople challenge in April and made 1500 min, but have a May WDW trip so I would like my challenge to be 1200 min.
 
I too was a little short last month, had a vacation, and an otherwise hectic month, but this month I'm going to start off on the right foot.

I'm going to go for 1100 this month, and continue for the year, so far I have done 2940/10000.

I'm definitely the underachiever of this group, but I need to start smaller. I did my own April challenge since I'd signed up for the exercise challenge several months and never finished. Anyway, I met my April challenge, so I'll try this one.

I'm going for 550 minutes. I did 31 on the treadmill this morning.

I'm going to try for 65 minutes a day this month, so that's 2015 minutes for the month.

As of April 30th, I am at 6105/12000 for year.

I had 1300 for April but I think i will just go for 1200 this month and if i meet that amount then I will increase it. So put me down for 1200
 
Got in 70 minutes at the gym this morning.....70/1000 :)

I am back in again as well! This time I will shoot for 1400...

Starting with a whopping 120/1400 today!
