May 22-May 27 - which day of week for IOA

We want to avoid crowds as much as possible, so any suggestions during this period considering normal visitors and school trips would be greatly appreciated. We are spending 2 days at WDW (Magic Kingdom & Epcot) and 1 at IOA, so I'm trying to figure out which day for each location.

Will be there next week too, heading to IOA on Wednesday can't wait
