May 2017 Early Morning Magic?

Hello everyone, long time reader, first time poster here. I have a very short trip coming up in may (after my cousins wedding). I was wondering if anyone had any idea if they would offer the Early morning magic (they do for a couple days in May, but I am looking for somewhere between may 21-23), or the late night magic (not sure what it is called to be exact). Does anyone know if there have been rumors of either of these being offered during that time. If they are announced, when do you think the tickets will go on sale.

Do you mean the Extra Magic Hour in the morning and in the evening for onsite guests? Those dates are listed in orange and green on this calendar according to which park offers them. They don't not cost extra but you have to stay in a Disney resort to take advantage. http://www.wdwinfo.com/wdwinfo/hours/may17.cfm

Considering there are already dates on the calendar for June, but none during your time frame in May for EMM, I would say the chances of having one are slim. The late night (After Hours) is only scheduled through March, so there is still a chance for that one. However, it looks like they've only been doing that one on Thursdays, and the 21-23 doesn't include a Thursday.

Oh maybe you mean the "Disney After Hours"...here is info from a Disney blog.

“Disney After Hours” is a three-hour event that will take place once the park closes on the following dates:

• April 14, 21 and 28
• May 5, 8, 12 and 19

A separate event ticket is required for “Disney After Hours.” Guests can check in starting at 7 p.m. each night, with the event hours from 11 p.m. – 2 a.m. Pricing is $149 plus tax for both adults and children (ages 3-9).

FYI: Admission to this special event is limited. You might want to hurry and book tickets ASAP. To purchase tickets, guests may call 407-827-7185.

Hi. I was wondering where you found the May dates for the DAH evening event? I can't find them on the Disney website. Online ordering still goes only through March.

Those are last year's dates. DAH is only scheduled through March, currently.
