What a great meal at CM. We did it years ago and I haven't been back because there just is so many other experiences to go enjoy. Maybe next time.

How cool to have the day with Pam. It sounds like a great day. Peter Pan is one of my favourite rides. DS thinks its kiddish but I figure he'll just have to go on it until he 'gets' it. The ride over London is one of the best parts!

thanks PIO! I was just blown away by PP and the ride over London it was so pretty! Yes trouble is so many wonderful offerings at WDW what do you choose! We hadn't been to CM for about 8 years but it exceeded my memory!

Tuesday. Let's try the PIO style take it easy. It's the day before we go home you see. We like to rest. But oh my that didn't quite happen... Today we purchased a sneaky DVC add on, said Goodbye to Pam added a Dismeet and sampled the First Aid centre at DHS! Phew! Most of which was not planned!

So we started the day with the usual bowl of general mills premature death mix. Second breakfast at the Artist palette of a berry version of the cinnamon roll ( nowhere near as nice ) and then onto a meeting at the DVC centre. We had received a letter saying our lovely guide Linda had left. We were keen to get a new one and were lined up to meet a new guy this very morning to see if we liked him.

I love the DVC centre at SSR such happy memories or it is just the promise of ice cream lol.. We waited in the lounge area and had teas/coffees and mini muffins. I figured it would be rude not too

A DVC guide called Frank came and greeted us, chatted then showed us to a private room. We talked some more saw the model rooms of Alauni and VGF. Oh my Alauni is just gorgeous. We had seen VGF before loving it!

We always ask if there are any more points at SSR one of our home resorts and our main place of stay but for our use year there never is. Much to our surprise today there was! We were shocked! So unexpectedly we bought a little add on we are always running out of points and paying a couple of nights rack rate at a moderate.

Frank said he would set up the paperwork and what we really liked was before we left he asked us if he could be our guide. He was a really nice guy so we said of course.

We would be back at 4pm to sign the paperwork. We celebrated with ice cream then we went and waited by the spring pool for Pam. She was leaving today and we were saying our sad goodbyes.

That's when the fall happened! Next up...I go to the rest room and come back even more disabled lol...

If it weren't for the fall, maybe you need to take things easy more often. That way, you'd have more DVC points added to your bank.

For the first time in forever...

We were sat by The Springs pool at SSR and Pam arrived. We said our hello's and she told us about her lovely evening the night before. We told her about our surprise SSR add on and we all enjoyed our last hour together before the ME took Pam away.

I decided it was time for a bathroom break but on my way back I slipped by the pool and lost an argument with gravity. I was so shocked all I recall is my rollator on it's side ( it has an alarm that sounds to say it has fallen over to signal to others I may be in trouble ) and some kind person helping me up. I was quite embarrassed so explained my wife and friend were by the pool and I would be ok. My elbow and knee were bleeding quite badly but I managed to hobble back to where Jo and Pam were sitting.

Jo jumped up shocked and Pam went to score some plasters from the life guards. She then fixed my knee and elbow till I could get to first aid. After the shock I felt ok.

We then said our sad goodbyes to Pam. It had been so great spending time with her it was sad to see her go. The time just flew by like us over London on the Peter Pan ride. When Pam had left we decided to meet up with some friends that we meet on a DCL cruise last year that just happened to be in WDW for the SWW too. They had text us and said they would be in DHS that afternoon. So we made our way there scoring a FP+ for TSM on the way.

When we arrived at DHS I had bleed right through my plasters so Jo said I must go and see first aid. Jo went back for something in the car taking both our bags whilst I waited to enter the park just before bag check. It was then it happened.... The temptation...was it the fall? I don't know but suddenly I pressed accelerate on my scooter and for the first time in forever... I went through the 'without bags' security line just because I could lol. What a rush! Best ride Disney has I tell ya!

Jo looked puzzled when she saw me 'on the other side' and came through security getting both our bags checked lol.

We went to First Aid just by Guest Services. Oh my it's like a mini hospital! How impressive. There were even wards! They were so kind to us. Saw me right away. Bandaged my arm and knee....

They even gave us a medical doggy bag of pain killers, spare bandages, plasters and antiseptic wipes. I was very impressed by them.

oh for sure! I think it was a warning to slow down! In September we have a whole week of not much planned thank you for stopping by!

oh yes thank you. I have a scar on my knee and my pride was hurt! I was glad some kid wasn't recording my little trip on their phone and I was the star of youtube!

Well I was already to give you a " foot tapping what for " indignant post young lady about how you and Jo and Pam had snubbed my best buddy Pluto at Chef Mickeys I even went through all my clip art trying to find a Pluto crying

Then this, the post about the fall ...well played How can I possibly chastise you now ?

Seriously Thank God you were okay and yes first aid is top notch An RN gets a position with Disney and they stay for decades Very hard to get in there from what I understand

Im glad you ended up OK, but that is very scary about the fall. I see why it was so difficult to get an appointment on your calendar! You were very busy with DISmeets all week long! Maybe some other time we will make it on your schedule.
