May 2006 Discounts/Deals

I have AAA room only for POFQ for May 7-14th. I have looked into packages with AAA and Disney but looks like I can do it cheaper on my own. I am wondering if there are ever great deals offered, like the free dining, at that time of the year? We went in September 2003 on the Fairytale package and it was an amazing bargin. We paid for 4 night and got 3 nights free. The fall is a great time to go but can't go until May 2006.

Hi! Well, this past May there were no deals, unless you were an annual passholder. Of course, AAA rates were available. But beyond that, there was nothing. May is a fantastic time to go!!!! Have a great time!

Hey Denezer! I'm planning for POFQ the same week!

Wondering.....what rate did you get from AAA for Room Only?

I think it might be hard to judge by May 2005 with the celebration starting and everything. I was the week of May 9th and didn't find any great deals, but I wasn't really expecting to because of the Celebration starting then. You never know what next May might bring. I just going to keep watching and checking here.

I got $76 for POFQ for first in December when we went in 2004....Be great to get that again or the free dining plan!

There's lots of speculation that there will not be deep discounts as long as the resorts are full. I'd like to hope that some discounts will come our way. But I'm not expecting them. For now, AAA is a sure thing, so I'm sticking with that discount. We can always cancel our AAA room and transfer it to the better discounts if they become available.

I got $134 per night with AAA. We are very excited about POFQ!
