I'm so sorry that you had to cancel. I know the feeling I hope that everyone is healthy soon. You all will enjoy DCL another day Thanks so much for all of your hard work getting everyone together. Awe!! Ya'll are so sweet! I have truly enjoyed coordinating our cruise!!! It has been the smoothest process because of all of you! I am thankful to have been a part of making your vacation special! Thank you for wanting to make me a part of your group (Group Daisy). That means a lot to me!

Unfortunately, as you may have noticed, I haven't been as active on the board lately. My husband has re-injured his back and therefore has had mobility issues, so I've had my hands full with him and our 14 month old.

Also, as some of you may remember, in February my Mom broke her arm. It was basically broken at the shoulder and elbow. She normally would have required a rod to have been surgically applied, but her doctor thought that was too risky and left her in a cast. Her arm is doing better, but still hasn't completely healed and she can't lift more than 1 pound with it.

Needless to say, my travelling party has fallen apart... literally!!! We have been forced to cancel and reschedule our cruise for a later date. I'm so sorry Group Mickey! It makes us so sad!!!! This was all of our very first cruise and we were really looked forward to it. However, I do think that it is for the best.

Please let me know how your cruise experiences are!! It will definitely help us stay excited about our future cruise!!! I hope the new FE groups will be as AWESOME as all of you!

If you go to Expedia and search Disney Cruise it shows that there are still rooms available, but only balcony. A friend of mine looked this morning and told me this afternoon about it.

I just surprised my wife with a Disney Cruise (this one!) to thank her for being an amazing person and mother. We fell in love with Disney Cruise Line when we took a cruise on the Dream to celebrate our 1st anniversary. Sadly, we weren't able to get off at either Nassau or Castaway Cay as it just so happened that we were rocked by Hurricane Sandy. Still, that trip turned out to be incredible as we simply adored the Dream. That trip was only topped by our 7-night cruise on the Fantasy the following year. To this day, I can say those days on the Fantasy easily made up the greatest vacation experience I've had.

We'll be making our return to the Dream on this cruise. Now, we'll be bringing our lucky charm, our daughter, who will be cruising for the first time. She'll be 20 months old. She's obsessed with Mickey Mouse so we're hoping she has a great time.

I'm sad we'll miss out on the FE experience, but it makes sense given the relatively late booking. Maybe we will have the chance to meet some of you onboard. We're beyond excited. Just about 2 weeks left until we set foot on the Dream!
