Did they have dessert night on the wonder ship? I am doing a 4 night cruise in April. Are most the activities the same like pirate night, etc.? Thanks for your help.
Dave and Beth- We will be at Saratoga Springs July 19-29th. In December we will be at the Animal Kingdom Villas December 20 - Jan.2nd. I would loved to meet up in July!!!!
Lisa- I saw your husband in the show when he turned into a rabbit. It was so funny!!!!

There were many people on our ship who did not know there was a dessert night at Lumiere's. Apparently when I spoke to Christian there seemed to be a mistake in the navigator and they forgot to mention it. For those who missed it I am including some photos from that night. Randy, I think I can spot your lovely family in these pictures.

Thanks for your compliments (and everyone else's) on my photos. I use a Nikon D90 SLR camera. Its a bit heavy to carry around on vacation but the results are worth it.

That doesn't happen very often at home, so I asked him why he was deciding at 9:30 at night to do so. He told me that he did not want to fall asleep before the dessert buffet at 11:15pm !!! Our waiter had told us about it. I told him to take the camera and he said no, that he would look like a tourist ! I told him that everybody on the ship was a tourist 
Anyway, when he came back he said that the camera would not of done it justice. I can see now just how much dessert there was !

The photos are awesome! Is there anyone that I can print some? All of my photos have kids making goofy faces....I forgot to stop and take actual photos of the islands and ship. I will make certain to give you credit...actually, it would not be difficult as no one would ever believe that I took the photos myself! No kids in the photos make bunny ears behind someone's head!!!!

Haven't done one, but in 4 years it will be DS's turn for a special trip, and I know that he and his father are thinking about a safari. I know Disney does one, so it might be in our (well, really their) future.
Don't know if you're part of the DVC but we love it, love it, love it.By the way, during my "research" I found out that Disney is having some fantastic incentives for people thinking about joining/upgrading the Disney Vacation Club. I don't know all of the incentives, but I do know they can go up to 2 free Adventures by Disney trips. Just thought I'd pass that along for anyone considering it.
I was strongly considering adding on points at AKV on the cruise, but needing to pay for law school first kept me back. (Can't wait until I graduate ) The incentives are good right now, and the benefits are wonderful!We had a family picture viewing today. What a great trip it was! They all want to go on it now. I even think DH may be interested.Hope everyone is doing great and maybe has time for a few posts (hey, what can I say? I hate to see a great thing end!
I hope to see all of you again at Disney or beyond. 
Hopefully your DH will join you on a cruise one day. Don recently admitted he really didn't want to come on this cruise and was pleasantly surprised that this turned out to be his favorite vacation!
It was great to meet you too! It added a lot for me to meet all of the great people from the board, almost like getting to know your neighbors!

My DH admitted that it was a hard vacation to beat !! That is what he is saying to everyone !! He is trying to get everyone to go on a Disney Cruise !!! He was ready to book on the ship and I should of let him, now he is saying that he doesn't know if he wants to spend all that money again ! I have a few months to do reverse psychology on him before the next March Break
