Does anyone know when we'll get our number from Disney to join the Castaway Club?

This thread is not completely dead yet. I'm still lurking.

I remember it took a while for Disney to send us our Castaway Club membership information. Maybe several months. Of course, once you've sailed you become a member of the club.

Congrats to all Magical Mayniacs who are now proud Castaway Club members.

I may be too late, but this is for all of you who booked a cruise onboard (and are still lurking, like me).

If I remember correctly, you can change the cruise date that you reserved and still retain the 10% discount and OBC. The price of the cruise may rise or fall depending on the date. You only become locked in once the 90 days prior milestone arrives, which is when you have to pay in full.

So unless you need that deposit back or completely decide against a subsequent cruise, don't cancel that Res.

Yea!!!Glad to hear your still lurking, and I recieved my Castaway Club number yesterday afternoon! I hope Winstanik did, too.
It's funny, I know I'm not booking a cruise right now but I still really enjoy looking. I went to lunch with Don and some of his co-workers last week and when he came home he shared with me that 2 of them stated I was "glowing". Since I know I'm not "expecting" (at 42, and with a 18 year old, that wouldn't exactly make me glow!) I know it's from our wonderful trip and meeting all of you great people so thanks again for adding so much to my trip!

YEAH!!! I recieved my Castaway Club number last week!!!
My travel agent called disney when I got home from the trip and was able to get my number. I also got the new disney book for dvc members and their new magazine. I was wonder if any of you that have been on the wonder cruise if you could tell me what was similiar to the magic. Will they be doing a pirate night and formal night on the 4 night cruise? We will be going in April.
I just heard the new Disney movie "UP" got 4 stars from Roger Ebert. My kids and I can not wait to see it this weekend. Beth- Hope you got my email.

AWESOME photos Dave!!!! I laughed when I saw your last two photos of my son sleeping. He tried so hard to stay up to see all the characters but by the last day of the cruise he had finally crashed. Looking forward to seeing you and Beth in July.
