What park are you doing on arrival?

Our plane lands at 10am and we expect to be checked in by noon. We plan on unpacking and hitting AK about 2hrs before closing just to hop on EE and the Safari! it's the best for us!

Then off we will head to Epcot for a relaxing evening!!

We are not doing a park on the first day...we have a long flight that gets in @4:30 p.m. or so and we are just going to hang out at the AKL pool. The next morning we are going to BB, my 5 yr. old DS's favorite park.

Taking Mommy to Disney for first time for Mother's Day! Her first trip and my second trip with the kiddos...May 7-21!!! Yes!! Cant wait

Does anyone know what the Mother's Day specials are in Epcot? More specifically the luncheon? I can't find anything on it yet.

DMM- don't know how I missed this thread.Thanks for starting it though!

I am going to WDW May 17-23. Staying at POP AGAIN. Not on Dining Plan and not making any ADR's.

Probably solo this time- DH doesn't think he can get away and I want to see Flower and Garden Fest. I do have quite a few things planned that I really want to do and they are things that DH would go along with to make me happy, but things he could take or leave. Know what I mean? This way I'll get some of them taken care of and can go at my own pace.

I won't arrive at POP until 5pm or so and I'm still going to go over to MK for supper, SpectroMagic and Wishes.

Didn't meet you in October--maybe this time!!!

We arrive at MCO at 9:18 am, so we are hoping to catch the ME and be at Pop, checked in and ready to hit the parks by 12:30.
(Is that a reasonable time table do you think)

We plan on visiting Ak for the afternoon, and then have an early night our first day, to get ready for MK the next day. (mothers' day).

Hi not sure exactly when we're arriving..... well more of when we'll arrive. My dad works for South West and has promised us his March buddy passes. This means we would leave out of BWI, parents live in Maryland, we're in Jersey. Not a big deal since it would be nice to see them before we fly out.


Anyhoo, once we gets his tickets we'll probably haver slim pickins for flights although I really want a 6:30 am flight. We'll rent a car and drive to POP. If we can't get a super early flight, I'll probably add a day at the end. If something happens, and my dad does not earn his buddy passes, we'll probably drive from Jersey.

If we drive, we'll leave Saturday at about 3:00 am to arrive early Sunday. I'm really cheap and last trip I found RT airfare for 3 for $433 and a 10 day rental for $189, midsize. I have not seen these types of deals at all this year.



Yell, all of that to simply say, if we get in early we'll go to Epcot FW, then rest and go back for dinner at LC. If its a late arrival, we'll probably just hang around POP and go to world showcase for a little while, just before dinner.

Gosh, all of this has given me a headache.

VERY reasonable! POP is always the first if not only stop on ME and from landing to sittin on the bed in our room was under 2hrs 2yrs ago for us AND we had a baby to tote around!! last year we drove, so hopefully nothing has changed in a yr!!

Have you checked Dollar car rental with the kiss2 code? We got a Premium car (a Pacifica) for 7 days for $181. It's the best we've seen for this year yet. I am actually one of the ones who got a great airfaire out of PIT on SW for $49 + taxes. We have been lucky.

We will be arriving on 5/09 at 9:30 am, pick up the car, head to POFQ to check in and then go to MK. We expect to be there by noon.

83 days...sigh.

We always decide after we check in.
If it is a hot day, we may just hang by the pool until our ADR for CM!
