I just discovered this thread.

We'll be at SSR May 12-19.
We were at WDW the same week last May. Loved it!

We're eating at CP for dinner on Mother's Day.

To the OP....we've got to find out everyone's ADRs to see if any of us are dining at the same place/time during the week.

may 17- breakfast at hollywood and vine
may 18- dinner at crystal palace
may 19- breakfast at restaurantosaurus

Have any of you attended the Storytime with Belle?
I think my 2 yr old dd might like this, actually maybe my ds would too.

Hello all! Hope your weekend is truckin' right along...

I have done this Storytime with Belle twice, and both times my son was picked to be in the story (once as Gaston, another time as Belle's Father); my daughter was chosen this last time to be Cogsworth.
Because her nickname is Belle, And she TRULY believes she is the REAL Belle, she was in Heaven. (She has a massive love for "her Beast" as she calls it, and is totally beside herself if he doesn't acknowledge her in some way when we are there.)

The look on her face was priceless, but what was even more sweet was watching DS breathe a sigh of relief when they chose his sister to be in it, because they had already picked him. It was so sweet, and we got awesome pictures of it.


We wouldn't miss it, and as much as DS says he didn't like it, he sure grinned through the whole thing!

Everyone has such different dinner plans, seeing all your ideas is great.
Some I didnt really know much about so I've been looking into them further.
So a few questions for those experience disney diners,

Who has eaten at Boma- is all the food spicy, or will the kids even enjoy it.
(they often even find rainforest cafe too "different tasting", as my 5 year old would say.

Coral Reef or Garden Grill- we want to eat at Epcot one night, any opinions on which of these would be better for ambiance and food.

Is it far to walk from Epcot over to the Beach club or Boardwalk for a meal , as I hear there are some great ones there.

They have a childs section, mac and cheese, chicken strips, food for the young and young at heart. Not spicy at all.

Garden Grill for your little ones, "Chip and Dale" our then 4 year old grandson had so much fun and a wonderful non-spicy child's menu.

Thurs. May 10--San Angel inn @ noon; Le Cellier @7:30pm
Fri. May 11--nothing scheduled (yet)
Sat. May 12--captain Jack's around Noon; Kona @ 6:25pm
Sun. May 13--California Grill @7:40 pm (Happy Mother's Day!)
Mon. May 14-- Coral Reef @ 5 pm

We may change CG to Narcoosee's; I'm still on the fence on this one. I have been looking at photos of the portions at the CG, and Man! They just don't give you much food. For me, it would be fine, but my DH is a runner/weight lifter and his metabolism is through the roof. Three scallops isn't going to fill him for an entree. I just can't get the view from up there out of my mind. So, we'll see.

We will be on the look-out for all our DIS friends, we are a party of five, one wonderful, sweet, active five year old grandson, his mommy and daddy, and his loving grammy and grandpa.

Jodi, Lakehead92, a fun place to have dinner with your little ones is the Whispering Canyon Cafe in the WL, we did this last year and is was so much fun for all of us...we still talk about our dinner there, not so much that the food was outstanding but the atmosphere, you will never have so much fun as you will have with "Catsup" just ask for it?
