Sea, I love your Dream! I can just imagine you and your family opening the store. And isn't it amazing how total strangers will crowd around and clap and cheer for you for opening a store? Only at Disney! :thumbsup2

I have posted a little more on my trippie. Our plane hasn't even taken off on mine. I am sure I am boring people to pieces. :lmao:

Here are two pictures from my file of nearly 300....

My boys in front of the castle on Saturday 5/12 before the parade:

stay far away! hahaha! the food was just WRONG and GROSS :sad2: and service was plain bad :sad2:

We didn't eat at San Angel Inn, but we ate at the Cantina, and it was pretty bad. At first I thought it was just because I'm from CA, so I'm really picky about good Mexican food -- but no, objectively, it was awful CS :rotfl2: We had some fantastic CS meals, though -- Tusker House, Sunshine Seasons, Tangierine, those were all fantastic! I had a very tasty tuna sandwich at Columbia Harbor House, although the bread was very dry and unappealing, the sandwich was still good.

Don't know if I had posted this picture...

Here's our little family at EPCOT after Mother's Day Brunch :)

I also posted a link in my siggy for my trip report...I'm stil working on it but I am on Day 2 :) Maybe baby will let me finish it at some point

Good morning...yeah, I'm trying to work on my trip report. We had a wonderful time, got some fantastic pics...and then my DH got horribly sick Thursday night (not the food or anything like that), but he was sick Thursday night, Friday all day, and Saturday, and we left on Saturday to come home, so it really kind of ruined the end of our trip :sad1: Anyway, a lot of it was wonderful, so I'm trying to figure out exactly how to write it...

Hi Katie!

Welcome back! Sorry to hear about the sickness. Bummer dude.

Maybe you should come down to Disneyland to make up the last few days of your WDW trip.

Take care!

I know what you mean, Michelle. Things around here start to slow down to a crawl around noon, unless somebody is desperate for something.

Any plans for the holiday weekend?

Day 6: Friday May 18 - Animal Kingdom

Opened AK!! As soon as they let us in DS 8 and I and hundreds of other people ran for EE. I sent DH & DS 5 to Dinosaur to get us all fastpasses and wait for us there. DS 8 and I had to wait about 10 minutes and then got to ride EE. Awesome ride!! Very cool!! Then we headed over to Dinosaur to meet up with DH & DS 5. Here there was no wait for Dinosaur, so the fastpass machines weren't even open. So we all hopped on Dinosaur. Another great ride. Now it's like 9:35 and we have a 10:00 ADR at Donald's Breakfastosauras, so we head there and check in early. They send us off to the side to have our picture taken (which they try to sell us later for $31.95!). Then we hear them calling our name already! We are seated and the characters haven't come out yet so we head for the buffet. Not as many or as good of choices at Crystal Palace, but still very good. There is a hot and a cold buffet. Then the characters make there way around the tables. First Donald, then Mickey, then Goofy, and Pluto. Overall a very nice experience. We left there and headed to Camp Minnie-Mickey because DS 5 has now been in Disney for 6 days now and has not gotten to meet Minnie. (he wants to marry her when he grows up!) The line for Minnie only about 10 minutes. Got lots of pictures of that!! Now we are making our way to the Safari. Wait time says 40 minutes. We decide to just wait it out. Actual wait time: 18 minutes!! The kids really enjoyed seeing all the animals. After that they just wanted to go back to the resort. I kind of wanted to see the Nemo show, but no one else was really interested in staying so we left. Went back to POFQ and DH and I rested a bit while the kids played just outside our windows with their pirate swords. They had a blast! People would walk by and play along and call them "real pirates"! Now the reality is setting in to me that the trip is coming to an end. I'm a little depressed. But we still have one more meal tonight - Chef Mickey's at the Contemporary! So we head out a bit early to get there. We get there plenty early and they aren't even open for dinner yet. We explore the Contemporary a bit and do some shopping in the gift shop. I finally got a shirt, got the boys each a shirt, and they got some more toys! So I was able to get the Disney Tote for $10 for spending so much there!! Now it's close to 5:00 so we go and check in at Chef Mickey's. We are sent to the side again for a picture (which they try to sell us later for $29.95). Then we are seated in about 10 minutes. The restaurant was really nice and clean. The buffet was good and the dessert buffet was great! The characters start to come out and to our surprise Minnie is there!! Along with Mickey, Donald, Pluto, & Goofy. When Minnie came to our table DS 5 tells her that he has a stuffed animal just like her that he sleeps with! Priceless!! Chef Mickey's was a great ending to our trip. A great experience! After dinner we decied to go to DTD one more time. We still have 12 snack credits and we are leaving in the morning. We go straight to Goofy's Candy Co and get all kind of goody's for that evening and to bring home. We are still snacking on them a week later! It starts to rain as we are leaving the candy store so we decide to just go back to the resort. After we got on the bus it starts to pour! We got back to the resort and it was still pouring. I think it lasted maybe an hour. We packed and packed and crammed in all the stuff we bought! Then just walked around the resort grounds that evening and went to bed.
Up at 5:00 Saturday to catch the ME bus to the airport at 6:10. Flight left right on time at 9:00 and went very smoothly and we were back to Pittsburgh by 11:00.

Now it's all over. . . until next time!
