Good Evening MAYers....the gray is now gone...hair is cut...and I'm blond... again!

I have finished packing one suitcase and have two more to do tomorrow And...with that I will be officially ready for WDW

I figure you are knee deep in the magic...

Katiebell...I have now mastered the four corner fold...I will keep trying for something that resembles a cow for you...back to the towel rack...folding...

Thanks Michelle for adding us onto the list - looks like many of you are going toward the middle of the month. We were there last yr over the Memorial Day weekend, and remember that in AK that Sunday, the temp was 105. Hoping this yr is much cooler. We took along some of those great neck scarves that you can soak for a few hours and they keep you cool for quite a long time. Night to you all - you'll make the 600 pages for sure!!! Caroline

So, today we went over to The Grove and had lunch at Wood Ranch BBQ. I had tri-tip and chicken with mashed potatoes, corn and a side salad. The garlic rolls were especially good today for some reason. I hadn't been very hungry the last 2 days, but today I was starving. After that we went back home and went over to the mall and return some blouses that were damaged. My wife picked up 3 pairs of shorts, two more blouses and two t-shirts. I decided to buy a new pair of glasses today because I have been walking around with a prescription for about 2 weeks. My boys call them "nerd glasses" because they are black rimmed. My younger son says I should wrap some tape around the nose area to make myself look really nerdy. Had to have some dessert, so I we went to DQ and had a sundae. That was good. Then my wife got a call from her girlfriend and told her about a bridal shower for our godson's fiance' that was tomorrow. Somehow the girls forgot to invite a lot of people. DUH. So we went to Macy's to get a registery and they had none of the items on the list. Then we went to another mall and ran it to the same thing. Two strikes. Next store on the list was Sur La Table - we took off to that store and got their list and lo and behold we were able to find all the things they wanted. Picked out some things and got it wrapped up. DONE! Needed fill up the car with gas, paid $3.37 a gallon - $37.01. Called up our son and he told us all about Spiderman 3, now I don't need to see the movie. Pick up my son and we went to Islands for dinner. Had chicken tacos with a strawberry margarita and onion rings. Very good! Now this was a trip, my son had got one of the children's menus and it had a word search on it. So my son was circling the words he found and all of sudden he said, hey dad! look, it says "mayer" and sure enough it did! Overall it was good day. Had to stop a few times to rest. But we did get a lot things done.
