Sometimes i just HATE planning.....:scared1: :crazy2:

I like the thought of the planning but it gives me such a headache so much to do so little time...

Hi all.

I had to go out today whether I wanted to or not.:rotfl: The kids had cabin fever, so out we went.

We went to the library, then to Costco because I had seen a coat for Mary Cat I wanted her to try.
I only went in for a $49 coat! $200 later, I've got a great coat for MC, 3 pairs of Guess jeans for Drew, a nifty Gingerbread house kit, a phonics program for Belle, and...windex.:rotfl:

Ugh. Oh well, the kids needed some stuff. Not sure how that Gingerbread kit ended up in the cart, but oh well.

Jo

Oh the dreaded extra in the cart. LOL Usually my cart is filled with EXTRAS. :rotfl: I went to Costco the other day, but I only walked out with a huge vanilla extract and half and half. It is so cheap there. Dh hates Costco. He always complains when we go there so I find the samples and just shove food in his mouth. :rotfl:

HELP:eek: ... i'm trying to finalize my plans but i need more places to eat.. we are getting the disney dining deluxe so i'm entitled to 3 meals a day going for 6 days so i need 18, but these are the only restaurants that i can think of to eat I want to leave only like 5 open for counter service... can anyone recomend something that i do not have here.

1900 Park Fare
Sci fi Dine-In
50's Prime Time Café
Princess Storybook
Teppan Edo
Chef Mickey
Ohana
Crystal Palace
Wolfgang Puck Café

BTW my DH is a VERY picky eater...

What about Le Cellier???????? You have to try that place also

How about
Tony's Town Square
Coral Reef
Raglan Road
Whispering Canyon Cafe

The Bee Movie was very cute. Alittle short but funny. The girls liked it.

Seacrest- What's for lunch????????????????????

I am making chicken cutlets for dinner and I think maybe some homemade mashed potatoes and a veggie.

Michelle- How is Roman feeling?

I had to do a "drive thru" lunch at Carl's Jr. (Hardees). Got the Famous Star, Fries and Coke. It wasn't that great - the fries were warm and the tomato slice was small. I don't usually go here because I prefer In-n-Out Burger, but I had to eat fast today.

Mari!

Yes! LeCellier! You have to eat there. It's good. Yum.

I have to say that TS is something that we usually do two times a day. DH can only eat so many sandwiches! He has a huge metabolism, so we always eat big lunches and dinners. No breakfast.
I always end up ordering salad for lunch every day. I just can't eat a ton and walk around. Yuk.

Tonight I think is leftover night. I don't feel like cooking.:goodvibes

Hey guys I just looked over the menu for Le Cellier... yeah its going on my list.... it looks yummy....

so on mothers day what park should i avoid... i was think epcot since that is where they the the lunch for mothers day....

Good Morning Everyone!

Mari- I think it is Epcot

I think I am going to do the Cinderella Breakfast on Mothers Day and have a very late sitting for Tea at the Grand Floridian. That is my plan. I hope I can get what I want.

Ok gotta get ready to get the girls to preschool.

Good Morning!

Mari - I am going to be trying Le Cellier this time too. Last year it was between Coral Reef and Le Cellier, and we picked Coral Reef. So I can't wait to go to Le Cellier! I hope it's as good as everyone says it is!!

Huggie - Nice Ticker!! :santa: One Month!! :woohoo:

I just got home from the PTO meetings and I saw a friend of mine who just got back from WDW a few weeks ago. They stayed at All Star Sports. It was their first time at a value and they really liked it. She said that the pool wasn't as fancy as the moderates, but the busing was excellent. She said they got the dining plan, but I didn't get to talk to her about which restaurants they went to. I just may have to call her later!!

I'm thinking about All Star Movies for the 2009 trip! (you know, the trip I have planned in my head but haven't ran by DH yet! :rotfl: ) We will have pretty much covered the moderates by then and a deluxe just isn't in the budget for us.

Where is everyone else today???

Mornin.

Hope everyone's doing okay.

Huggie~:scared1: Your ticker! It's so...COOL!!!!!! :santa: YAY for you!

MAri~ You will love LeCellier. It's awesome. Don't stress about planning.:grouphug: This is the fun part. I think you deserve a dude.

I've said it before, but will say it again for all my MAyer buds...Mk was empty on Mother's Day. Don't go to Epcot, everyone (and their Mother) will be there for lunch and dinner that day.
Get to MK early ...rope drop early! Tour smart! You can be out of ther early and take a dip in the pool in the afternoon until dinner time. I am jealous.

:headache:

So all my cleaning for the day is done. Oh and it's just after 11 am. I'm so proud.

Jo

Hi Shelly!

Did your friend say that the crowds were bad?

ASM... hum. I had at one point wanted to try either there or ASMu. They (ASMu) have the suites. Hum, 2009 is looking good. Can we go ahead and book????

She didn't say anything about the crowds. But now that I think about it they were probably there about the 2nd week of October. When we were there the first week of Oct. 2005 the crowds were awful! :sad2: I couldn't believe that was "value season". And MAY is "regular season". . . :confused3 We had way less crowds in MAY!

Yes, I'm thinking Jan. 2009. . . Anyone with me??? :rotfl: I'm not so sure how I am going to pull this one off. I'm thinking I'll wait and hope that they offer the Jan. discounts that they are offering in 2008 and when they do I will spring it on DH!! What do you think???

As far as Mother's Day, I think we are going to spend a nice relaxing day at DTD shopping and at CSR swimming and just hanging out. We might hit MGM late that night just for dinner and Fantasmic. Last year we went to Epcot the day after Mother's Day and it was wonderful! Hardly any waits at all!! So that's the plan again! :goodvibes

Okay, just had to post that my ticker has moved down to just saying "12 months" ! It's already been three weeks! Look at how the time flies!!!!!

:rotfl:

This whole airfare thing is driving me nuts  Am I the only one? I am obsessing! SWA released their flights through May 9 today and I'm not impressed. For one, my dates are still not out and I'm guessing it will be another 2 months before they are released.

I checked the SWA prices for the first week in May and they were like $129 each way, I checked for the same time frame on Air Tran and they were $99 each way. SWA has the better selection of flight times, but I am worried that I may lose the lower Air Tran fare and then SWA will release at the higher rate.

My head is spinning with all of this!

Oh, good morning everyone! :grouphug:

Shelly~
I have been reading that October this year was just awful. That's so sad!! When we went last year, it was wonderful until the Jersey Week people started coming in.

I think the days of "low crowds" are gone. Now instead of value, regular, holiday and peak seasons, they have three seasons. Just chaos, mass chaos, and hysteria!!!!

We found our time in May this year to be busier than our trip last October, so you just never know. Busy to some is heaven to others, I suppose.

Nothing beats walking onto Main street, though, that first Christmas we went and saw a sea of people all moving as one body. I almost fainted. It was awful. 86,000 people in the MK. It was like the videos you see of Mardi Gras where people are carried down the road by bodies moving in tandem. I actually was afraid for our lives.

We stood in line for Pooh for just under three hours. Pooh!!!!! Never again.

If it doesn't say 20 minute wait, we keep walking.:rotfl:

SWA might still come out with something better, but I don't know. If you can book at $99, it might be better...
Oh, I hate guessing what to do! How frustrating.:headache:

How are you doing today, JM? How's the Little Prince?:grouphug:

Jo

MORNING EVERYONE..... i hear you JD.... airfare is driving me nuts too... well for me the airfare is just under 600 for DH, DD and myself... i found cheaper but it would be getting to MCO at 8pm and leaving at 8 am... thats takes 2 whole days from me....

Thank you everyone, I agree that prayer does work. My little guy is happy and at home and I'm soo ecstatic! He is still coughing a lot and it's hard to keep him seperate from the other kids, but it's also a bit easier, since he sleeps so much still :)
