Oh yeah. Let me chime in about the restaurants...
Mama Melrose's. nope. Never again. Yucky, poo-poo, gross!

We all got something different and all of it was nasty. Anyone ever heard of that Italian fast food restaurant, Fazoli's? They are big down south. And they are nasty. Mama Melroses is kind of like that.
HOWEVER, that is my opinion, and I do have to say that every person has their own ideas of "great food". With that being said, I will say that I don't go to WDW looking for gourmet food, because I will be disappointed. Except...
For California Grill. Yum. Book a window seat, set up dinner so that you will be having dessert around the time of Wishes! and sit back and enjoy the show. They pipe in the music to Wishes, and it is wonderful. The steak there is great. DH said the sushi is unbelievable; I don't eat it.
Some places that I have found amusing (not saying the food is fantabulous, just that we have gone there...)
Liberty Tree Tavern--MK--Character dinner; Fun interaction. Think Thanksgiving dinner food. Minus Mom and Grandma's home cooking. LOL.
Le Cellier--the exception to the rule. Good food.
Brown Derby--MGM--It's okay. Takes 2 TS credits.
Captain Jack's-- DTD-- Sandwiches are good. You can get Lobster here for 1 TS credit.
Chefs de France--

-- no need to say anything else.
San Angel Inn-- while the food is not wonderful, the ambiance is really beautiful. Even if you don't eat here, make sure to go in and ride the new ride. It is sooo cute.
Akershus--Norway, Princess Breakfast-- Three words-- "Belle" and "Cinnamon Rolls".

My Belle met the real Belle and a wonderful time was had by all.
For a lot of money, LOL.
Fulton's --DTD-- NOT on the DDP. Very good seafood. Remember me talking about DH's Lobster that hung off of both sides of the platter? This was the place!
Ohana'--Poly-- Dinner. We didn't like it. Might have been an off night, because it has gotten some wonderful reviews. My steak was dry and burnt.
Anyone interested in my thoughts on counter service????
