Hey Ya'll!!!

I see that everyone has been having a good summer. Looks like everyone is busy planning little trips here and there. I hope that everyone is well and happy.

I have some news... No, I'm not pregnant.


We signed a contract to buy a house this morning.

Long story short in my "As the Stomach Churns" soap opera world, the owner of this rental property decided he wants to market it while we are in it. (No thank you.) So we went off the deep end and found a house that we love!

We were in negotiations until midnight last night. This morning I woke up ready to throw up ( You ALL know how I have to get sick any time something major is happening... ). I was terrified of what we had done. So I'm up, pacing the floor, moaning and groaning, chewing Rolaids one after another when our Realtor called. She said "Good thing you settled on a price...someone called and wanted a second showing this afternoon on the house and they are ready to put in an offer." OMG. It's been on the market a week.

Anyway, just thought I'd tell you all hello. I haven't been ignoring my May buddies. Just been a bit busy and stressed out. Now, if you'll all excuse me, I have to go pack a few hundred boxes for our move.

Thanks Huggie! We haven't even gottn in the pool here yet! We spent all this money and it's just sitting out there. We close on the new house on the 23rd of August.

Thanks! My tummy feels so much better now. I am at peace with the decision.

We prayed a whole bunch before we did anything and are happy with our decision.

Where's everyone going for Labor Day? We will be getting the house together so we won't be going anywhere.

Congratulations on the house JO!! Will you be in before school starts? I'm not sure when they start down there. . . We don't go back until the day after Labor Day here.

No Labor Day plans here yet. Sometimes we go to Lake Erie and a water park up there on Labor Day weekend.

Seacrest ~ You are so lucky being able to go to DL all the time!!! I only hope to make it there someday!! Have fun! Can't wait to hear all about it.

Awww, thanks guys!

I have decided I'm taking the rest of the week off, and I'm going to hit it hard next week, packing and clearing everything out. We've only been in this house since January. Surely I don't have a ton of junk...???!!!! Okay, I know that I do. I am a pack rat. This time, though, it's all going!

I am getting excited about the house. Hey, if I can't plan a WDW trip, I might as well move to a new place.

DMM, I hope you are feeling okay. I know it must be hard with the two little ones to get the rest you need. Do you have the nursery ready for Baby Roman? Are you having a baby shower? I want details.
I am still waiting to smell him... sometimes I go into the diaper aisle at WM just so I can sniff them. "Who's the crazy lady trying to snort my precious baby???"

I can't help myself. I'm not going to be a "sleeve sniffer" for quite some time; I'll substitute babies for plastic, LOL.

Everyone else, I hope you are all doing good.

I have about 6 frogs in my pool, using it as their own personal spa.

hahaha! The nursery is not ready yet, but we have his corner of our bedroom set up. We just moved the sitting area around. We have the baby in the bassinet in our room for the first few months. Esp since i will be going in for a C-section and it is difficult for me to move around at first. So this way DH can just pop up and hand him right to me

that would be hilarious if I ever saw someone smelling the diapers!!


(i do this at home after i open a new pack!! the LUVS smell the best!!)

Other than that though I am ready to bring little ROman home I just want to see what he looks like!! Too much longer to wait!!

next year i can start planning my next WDW vacation. This time i think a lot of my family will actually join us. I've been so excited and showing off my pictures that i have a couple of cousins and DH family might join in. That should be fun......

I can't wait to get the ball rolling on next years trip! It is wierd to call and make reservations for THREE kids when one isn't even here yet b/c then they ask you the birthday for the 3rd and i'm like ummm...well he's not here yet!

I know I can't wait to start planning. But you go before me.... my trip is not planned until May of 09. My DD should be 3, 1 month away from 4. this time around she will remember it.
