We'll be at POFQ -- we stayed at the POP last time, but DH wanted to try a moderate, especially since we are going during value season. We went with FQ because one of the big things we missed at MK was New Orleans Square. WDW has Liberty Square which was very cool, but New Orleans Square is just amazing...it's our favorite place to just hang out in DL. We love the music, the architecture, the whole N'awlins vibe So we thought...OK...then we will STAY in New Orleans! I see in your sig that you've stayed there...tell me about it...

I picked up some new ponchos last night. So we now have 5 sets for our trip. Hopefully, it will not rain, although I do love to tour MK in the rain.

Yep, we stayed there last May. It was nice, not our favorite resort, but nice. It is very small. The atmosphere wasn't really for us I guess. But if you like small and New Orleans you are going to love it! The pool is very awesome. All room locations are good. We were in building 3 and it was a great location. The food court is very small and most of the CM's are pretty rude. Hopefully they have gotten some new CM's since last year for you! Mousekeeping was average, although no towel animals for the kids. I'm a worry mom so i'm afraid my DD will run off.... i was thinking og getting something that beeps if she leaves a certain distance like an alarm but now i can't find it and i'm not sure she will like something dangling on her... My DH wants me to order these... what do u guys think...

2500 POSTS!!!!!


WOW this is the second time I've surpassed my goal before May. First it was 2000, then 2500!! I guess I just talk too much!!


And with that, I will go shower. (I just got back from tanning and I smell!! )

Hmm. . . I don't know what my new goal is. . . maybe 2750!!!

I know, I can't believe we are down to 24 days!!!!! I remember when it was 250-something!

What are your plans for your last day? What time is your flight home?

In one month from today I will be. . . . at DHS!! I love DHS!!! We will get there before opening and stay until about 4 or 5. Hopefully the boys will be chosen to participate in the Jedi Training Academy!! We will have lunch at SciFi Dine-In. And see the new Block Party Bash!! Oh, and hopefully have a soft opening for Toy Story Mania! Not sure what the evening will bring. . . probably eating, swimming, shopping, you know, the usual!!

my flgiht out is at 8:15 so i still have the day. I don't want to make any adr's for that day so probably will just have a quick bite at one of the parks or DTD. we are going to check in our bags in the am anyway and we will only take back on the plane the stroller and my backpack no need for carryone at that point. so will be free for just about anything...

Same here. I can't convince myself I'm going to Disney. Probably because I have too many other things to worry about.
Once I get on the plane then I'll be convinced.



The weather does look great
And it looks like it'll be great golf weather when you're down there too.

Looks pretty neat and cute too. I used to write our cell # inside my kids shoes when they were little. I would also tell the kids their phone # was in their shoe.

You could also write your number on her with a ball point pen. I can't tell you how many times I gave my number to guys and they wrote it on their palm with an ink pen.

Here is my Pre-Vacation freak out for today. I lost my Disney Dining Experience Card.



I found it in last years folder.

Then I went to download my Disney Visa points to my reward card and lo behold it was expired!

So then I thought I would cry.

So I called my DH, just to get it over with and let him know how I had screwed up.

He suggested I call Disney Visa to see if they could help me.

I had the nicest person who told me I could have my reward card shipped express which would take 3 business days.

And I told her that wouldn't work.

So then she asked if I would be at WDW. I told her yes I will be at WDW. She then let me know I could pick up a Disney Reward card by showing my credit card and photo ID. I could then call the 800 # on the back of the card and download my points immediately!




I am so relieved.

I am getting my hair done today at 11:30.

The security guys have been here already this morning.

I need to work on my disney folder.



What else do I need to do?
