Okay, yes I called! Got a very nice CM. Very slow, but very nice.
She applied the Visa ticket upgrades with no problems! I didn't get any money back because I only purchased the base tickets, but now we are free to park hop/go to water parks if we choose and the price is the same!
I made an ADR for the kids at the Sandcastle Club. They are very excited! DH & I are still a little nervous about the whole thing, but I think we are going to go through with it. I asked her if I should change my dinner ADR from 4 to 2 people and she said - no, just tell them when you check in at the podium.
As for CSR - Well, at first she said - yes they are having a rehab, let me check the dates for you. . . then says she can't find anything, puts me on hold for about 6-7 minutes, then said - no there's no rehab at CSR during your stay, the rehab is at CBR. . .
So, I'm still not sure I got the correct information on the CSR pool.
