It must be the weather- I know I got enough sleep!!!

Beau Gator the Bulldog was restless all night- must have been the rain pounding on the roof. He could hear it in his bedroom- aka- the laundry room, LOL.

Morning JO!

Yes, I try not to think about the "gross" stuff that happens at buffets! I have seen some of those TV specials about that. But from what I saw it happens at all restaurants, not just buffets. So I have to put it out of my mind or I wouldn't be able top eat out. And I love to eat out!! :rotfl:

Mornin-

I would love to try the German restaurant in Epcot- but it's a buffet, so no dice. Oh well. Maybe if I ever go down by myself, we will go to a buffet. As it stands now, we do family style or order off the menu.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------

Feeling pretty good today, so that is a plus!

Jo

I want to try the restaurant in Germany too. Actually DH came home from work one day and told me that he heard it is good and we should try it sometime. Imagine that, he is giving me Disney advise!! :lmao:

Glad you are feeling better today!

Shelly- I know, yucky stuff happens everywhere- we just do better if we don't see it, lOl.
Once we saw a little girl -about 10 years old- take the spoon out of the mashed potatoes and lick it and then put it back in them. gross. And then you have the nose blowers who touch the handles after wiping their noses two seconds before. Gross. I am disgusted thinking about it.

I was a waitress, so I KNOW some of the things that go on- but watching it happen as I am eating is a different thing all together.

Okay, I am now completely grossed out. Sorry.

hahaha.

Jo

Ha ha- Garry telling you where to eat. That's good, though. Maybe you should tell him you hear that restaurant is better in .... January. HA.

Jo

Mornin-
NC- have a good gym time- and yes, you do get the prize for bestest Matron of honor-:goodvibes
I took the Mg last night and slept like a rock! We'll see how it goes- oh, and it's a citrate, not an oxide. Just in tablet form.

Shelly- this weather- ugh. Not looking too good for the egg hunt on either day, actually. What a rainy, nasty, soggy, muddy mess the kids will be after being in the field. YUCK on top of YUCK.

We don't usually go to buffets for a few reasons-
the most important is b/c Mark eats really- I mean REALLY healthy- nothing fried, no creamed anything - soups, mashed potatoes- macaroni- nothing. Everything must be made low fat grilled and broth based- so usually, there's only yummy "comfort" type food on the buffets, so he doesn't like them.

Also- we have witnessed some really gross things at the few buffets we have been to, :scared1: so we stopped going about 5 years ago. And we are complete germ a phobes- it's a wonder we eat out at all, but it's getting so that we are doing it less and less. LOL. Crazy, but if you've ever watched that show "kitchen Nightmares", you get really squeamish about going out.

Anyway- that's my buffet story. I would love to try the German restaurant in Epcot- but it's a buffet, so no dice. Oh well. Maybe if I ever go down by myself, we will go to a buffet. As it stands now, we do family style or order off the menu.

So today I am cleaning up a bit- there isn't really a lot to do in preparation for the weekend. I got all the Easter basket stuff yesterday, so I'm all set there.

Feeling pretty good today, so that is a plus!

Jo

Glad you are feeling bettter. I have to run out today in this rain and buy the chocolate bunnies for all the baskets.

mornin Huggie and RF-

I want to try the restaurant in Germany too. Actually DH came home from work one day and told me that he heard it is good and we should try it sometime. Imagine that, he is giving me Disney advise!! :lmao:

I heard it is VERY VERY good, if you like German food. I am not a fan so we wouldn't try it

also, it's work :crazy2: i'm ready to retire... haha, do they let you do that at 25?

Have a couple of kids, then you can retire!!!!

Although I'm pretty sure I had more free time when I worked!! :rotfl: Now I'm the soccer mom, room mom, PTO mom, and the list goes on and on. . . . .

Okay, I'm off to go play Easter games with the kindergarteners!!

Fortunately the bus driver does not have that on his record.

The girl completely made it up, so she doesn't know the bus number or what school. When you wait 20 minutes to decide a bus hit you, you sure don't know the bus number.

The boy whose car got hit is the one who is really suffering. He had $2900 worth of damage done to his car.

Poor guy i'm not sure how insurance is in PA but in NJ her insurance company would still pay for his damages since she hit him.

Spectro is at 9:00 & 11:00 that night. (May15) It's EMH at MK that night. We never go to EMH's because of the crowds. We are actually spending the whole day at MK on Tuesday and the afternoon & evening there on Wednesday. We did that last year and it was great because those days aren't EMH days and they close at 9:00, the earliest they close all week. So people are more likely to go on the days they are open later. The trouble with going on Tues & Wed is that they don't do Spectro. So we will be heading back Thursday night for supper and Spectro. I am dreading the crowds that will be there that evening.

Last year I went during EMH and it wasn't that bad. especially since you are mainly going to eat and watch spectromagic.

Off to the gym.

I need to buy ink for my printer. I can't seem to get the color right. I am hoping I am low on ink as I am printing the menus for the rehearsal dinner.

Do you think there is a prize for best matron of honor of the year?

:rotfl:
#1 prize goes to NewCrew42!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

morning everyone! :coffee: i'm sleepy...

I wish i were in bed too....

Please I can't even think about everything that goes on or else I would NEVER eat.
