Well....I have to confess that I thought I was done typing this...but... to our new passengers!! I can't imagine taking a trip of this magnitude with so little prep time and notice...but that's just my OCD kicking in, I'm sure!! But it looks like we have two new passengers to welcome....a lurker and a new cruiser!! Don't stay in the shadows and lurk...get on those "official lists"...there's perks!! And if you'r ejust joining get right over to page 500...and also introduce yourself, and your party, on here!

Well, tell Rio I said congrats on his part...or maybe I'll tell him myself in a week or so! hehehe

I must confess having never gotten a sweet pretzel in Norway...although I adore big soft pretzels....so obviously this is a Disney tradition I have been missing! Would it actually be worth eating if it was purchased in advance??

Anyhow...we're sitting in the airport right now wiating for our plane to arrive so we can board and GET THIS VACATION STARTED!!!

I'm sure I won't really be able to read or post for a couple days as I don't think there's internet at Pop Century but when we check into AKL on Sunday evening I"ll check back in and later this week I'll talk to Scott and Lynn and get the details for the meet and greet and post the villa number and stuff on here for everyone!

I am so jealous of you and Jason right about now! If you can post a bit form down there then we (all of us sad souls not going to WDW first) can live vicariously through you

About the pretzles: unitl about two years ago when they changed, they were quite possibly the yummiest treat ever concoted (as in rival Palo's souffle yummy) Now they are good but not great, but I always enjoy them still and always live in hope that they will go back to their original splendor. Would it be worth it if not fresh? I think so (but it isn't like one has ever lasted more than about 3 minutes in my pocession ).

Hi all,

Just finished packing, then off to bed for a few hours sleep before flying to Orlando for a weeks rest before the cruise.

Can't believe people are still booking at this late stage, its been bad enough booking six weeks out, I would never manage a weeks notice (neither would my boss).

Went to see my dermatologist this afternoon and ended up having a biopsy - wasn't expecting this until I returned from holiday, so have a dressing on my face now which isn't very flattering.

Anyway, bed calls, see some of you at Scotts Cheese & wine meet. All of you have a good journey.

Boy is this board dead this evening! I must have been to Walmart a dozen times this week. Just as I get back home I think of something else I forgot! Not knowing the weather is killing my packing - three of us will have 4 middle size suitcases and one hangup bag. I least we are bringing some things that we will not be bringing home so our suitcases will be lighter on the return flight.

Well, I'll post some news. My son, Matt, plays on the AVP Beach Volleyball tour and is playing in a tournament at Huntington Beach today. He won both his matches today! The tournament is a double elimination format, so when you lose twice, you are out. Since he won both his matches today, he can do no worse then 9th place. He plays again tomorrow morning.

This is the first time he won two matches in the winners bracket! I'm very excited for him!!!

That is a fact about the seats. The Airfrance flight we are on coming back from Paris only has the outlets in First Class and Business.

Delta has them in all their seats. Continental has them in 1st class and in 7 rows (I think) in coach.
