I couldn't figure out how to note that Luke has the red collar with chain training collar...and he makes Cash's coat look brown and frizzy.....

Wishing the quickest recovery for your mom!...

Hi Everyone

Since things have slowed down around here, I thought I would reintroduce the idea of selecting an "official" name for our cruise. I know we talked about it in the past and many people submitted ideas - I just don't remember them now.

Something short works best - it makes it easier to use it on pins and name badges. I question whether or not the word "first" should be in the title because this will not be the first crossing for the Magic. But it will be the first eastbound crossing.

Lynda sent in "Transatlantic Magic" (this is the only one I remember)
Here's another - "Head to the Med"

The short title can be expanded on a shirt or name badge - for example

"Head to the Med" - "Transatlantic Repo Cruise, May 12 - 26, 2007"
"Transatlantic Magic" - "Eastbound Repo Cruise, May 12 - 26, 2007"

Let's all put on our thinking caps and come up with some ideas.
Ken

Magic sited….. film at 11:00….

I like "Transatlantic Magic" , nauticaly speaking "Head to the Med" just has a meaning, well I don't want to go there. Will ponder a bit.

Hi Ken!

I'll try to think of more... right now I like Transatlantic Magic

Mom Update: Just found out she will need surgery for her arm... this has been a long journey for her...

I'm a big dork, my husband and I must have been so excited that we never noticed the green balloons, shirts, Mickey heads.... Nothing!

Susie, It is called the Backstage Pass: making the most of your passholder membership. Summer 2006 is the current issue. It comes in the mail quarterly. Call the passholder number and tell them you are not getting your Backstage Pass. We didn't get ours for a while either and the only way I knew was because all the neighbors would get there copy and would be talking about it.

Ken, I like the Transatlantic Magic too.

Georgie, how are you feeling from the pnuemonia?

Scott!!!

BEAUTIFUL pictures! It must have felt funny seeing the Magic sail way with you NOT on it ;)

So glad you're having such a great time!!! Diving with turtles must have been awesome, especially ones which weren't in captivity!

Milestogo... cough is still there and a bit tired, but, other that that, I feel good as new! Thanks!!! :cloud9:

WOW, Scott, great pics, thanks for sharing. lots of fun to see. Esp. Crush's buddy!!
Bonzie1, good to hear you're better, don't overdue it, hope your mom feels better.

I know folks were having a good time, heck they are on the Magic.

Georgie I know before you know it that crud you have will be gone, wishing the best to your mom.

I was thinking also of "Mediterranean Magic" , but that would fit the first Med cruise more than ours...

"TRANSATLANTIC MAGIC" really captures our voyage... if only we could fit the Med in there somehow...:confused3

I'll keep thinking! Happy Wednesday everyone... I am beginning to think about our sailaway goodies... just purchased a new printer/scanner/fax/copier to get ready!!! :Pinkbounc

I still like the Mouse Takes the Med, but I've liked all the other names too.

Off to DL this morning for a few hours, will say hi to Mickey for all of you.

I went to the CA ADVenture food festival on Sunday and sampled some food, it was delicious. The lines were long for the guest chef demos so, I'll bet they do it again next year. Mother's day will be sure to be packed.

Milestogo,

Have fun at DL today! I will be across the street this afternoon at the Convention Center. School Honor Choir was one of four chosen to sing at the State PTA convention. Of course, the kids can't go to DL afterward because it is State Testing week  but we are all going to Goofy's Kitchen for dinner! Warning to others: Goofy's Kitchen will be swarmed with +40 5th and 6th graders and their parents this evening!

I like "Transatlantic Magic" with "Taking the 'Magic' to the Med, May 12-26, 2007" as the tag line/subtitle.

I also really like Lynda's T-shirt: Ocean to the Sea!

Love the turtle pic! While snorkling with DD a couple of years ago we surprised a turtle. He was in the sand and swam out from under us no more than a foot away! I don't know who was more startled him or us - yes, you can scream through a snorkle!

Georgie, take it easy and here's PD :wizard: and prayers for your mom.

OOO , T O P ! ! !

TRANSATLANTIC MEDGIC ?

Great dives today, 5 hammerhead sharks, eagle rays, nice long dives. Will be switching to mixed gas tomorrow so we can have safer bottom times and longer dives.

Also finally went to Stingray City this afternoon, it was fun and now I can say I have done it. As we sailed by the site this morning it looked really crowded. This afternoon there was just one other boat there.

Hey Bob, I had a Krispy Kreme this morning in Atlanta......

O.K., how did I get this reputation about Krispy Kremes? :confused3

I do believe that they are laced with some sort of narcotic. :lmao:

As the resident drug expert, I can tell you that you're right there are narcotics in the krispy cremes. It's a combination of stimulant-like substance (sugar), fat (the soothing affect) & magic. That's why you are attracted to them... you're already hooked on the "Magic."

That will be 5 cents for my professional analysis...

DL was good today, finally some nice weather around here. Not too crowded and finally tried my first Turkey leg. DD got her first annual pass...Also, had my first serious public 3 year old temper tantrum. She didn't want to leave Mickey's house - she's addicted to listening to his answering machine! We saw a character we never ever see... The evil Queen. DD said, "Boo Hiss"

CACruisin, There were hundreds of other choral groups there today, we thought they may be preforming, but didn't see any. Did you love Goofy's kitchen?
