Well I PM'd Bonitatime who actually lives in Tenerife! She has agreed to answer any questions we may have about her lovely island. And also plans on meeting the Magic at the port

So when we get to that point she may pop in and help us out!

Hi - WOW, I didn't know they opened up the lab to the adults, I'd love that!!!

well, I'm glad to hear there are going to be others my DD ages. I have an in-home office, so she is home too. We are starting preschool this fall also, so I'm hoping she comes out of her shell a bit. We tried flounders, but she wasn't that thrilled. But since then we've had more success leaving her. This less crowded cruise will be good, because the following 11 night on 5/26 will be packed I'm sure!

That is great that you have a contact in Canary Islands! What is the typical mid/late May weather? Is it foggy/overcast like Southern CA or wonderful, gorgeous sunny and warm? (yes, I am obsessing about weather! )

I have been checking periodically and my TA has been too and this morning it came up!! So now I am in 5024!

It is probably the last SPH I would have wanted, but I saved a bunch of money!!!

On the main boards, someone posted about feeling dizzy after the cruise. This certainly happened to me for several days after we were home from our 7 day Mexico trip. Never had a problem at the ports though.

Any thoughts on what land legs/sea legs will be like after 6 straight days at sea? Granted, I get dizzy if I take a corner to fast in a parking lot (I'm going to be the one with the economy size bonine box at check in! ) Did you previous repo folks have issues? more to research ...

I personally did not have any issues at all the whole trip with dizzyness or anything remotely like motion sickness. I do have a tendency to it, but never had a problem. We were "at sea" for 5 days. Though, one of the days was the Panama Canal, we still could not get off the ship.

Six days at sea will be jam packed with stuff to do.
