I knew about the credit cards but I was surprised to learn that they do the same with ATM and Debit card transactions.

Well it is a little town more or less in the middle of Germany called Limburg and we have a little river the Lahn.
Limburg is on the motorway A3 4 miles north of Frankfurt and 60 miles south of Cologne.

Do you live close to the shipyard where the two new Disney ships will be built? That would be great if you are close enough so you could keep going on tours to check out the progress for us once they are under construction!

The Meyer Werft is in northern Germany in Papenburg this is not around the corner.
It is 6 hours drive from our home.

But the shipyard has a webcam where you can see the construction progress.

Under news you can read when the keellaying ceremony will be.
But I don't think it will be bevor 2010.

Hello all! I've been out of touch for a few days and just catching up. I see that some of you are from Indiana. I graduated High School in Delphi and went to Indiana State in Terre Haute.

I'd like to know what a "fish extender" is as I've never heard of them.

It was 85 degrees here in Virginia today and I have serious spring fever! Anyone like to Golf?

Hey fellow Indiana native. Oracles right?
So KEWL that so many that have connection to the state are on this cruise.

Fish Extender....Debbie (EpcotKilterFan) is the one to blame for these.

it is the thingie with the pockets that hangs from the fish outside the cabin.
That way if anyone has something to drop off, they just put it in the pockets.
Got a lot of neat gifts on the Panama Canal repo and the 11 Nights in Paradise cruise.
Where to get one? There was someone on the 11 night that made them for that cruise. Supposedly they can be found in dollar stores.

Hi guys,
Zoe and I just came back from a surprise trip to CAdv. It was a surprise trip to go to the Aladdin show and lunch to practice our good theater and restaurant manners. We do this periodically to just do one or two things to practice. She was so surprised and had such a good time. We had great weather, but man was it crowded! C.A. is our place to go for a quiet, calm easy going fun park - Zoe learned how to walk in this park. I don't know if we are getting the really, really early spring break crowds or if everyone else has figured out our little secret. BUT still a fun mom and daughter day (or a few hours anyway.)

We are originally from upstate New York, now living full time in Central Florida. This will be our second cruise with Disney and are planning on our 3rd cruise late this summer to Alaska a 7 day thru DVC. But we are really excited about the transatlantic cruise never been to Europe... and don't know what to expect. Tinker is my husband and yes his real name is Tinker. We are retired and loving every minute. Can't wait to meet everyone. Thanks for the Welcome.

I checked one more thing off of my to do list: Made my flight reservations from Barcelona to Paris. Now I only have to figure out how to get from the port to the airport and the airport to DLP.

It is getting closer!!

Yeah, I heard about your earthquake! my goodness! I hope the Madrid fault doesn't go!

And it's very easy to get from the port to the Barcelona airport. I spoke with a man who lives in Barcelona, because we thought we'd need a handicapped accessible taxit to take us to the airport, but he said there will be lots of taxit at the taxi ranks to pick up cruisers. We have a tight schedule to get to the airport. He owns a tourist company for people with disabilties and he is in a wheelchair himself. We are taking a guided tour of Barcelona later inthe month.

60 days until we leave!!!! Can it get any better than this??? Tomorrow it is less than 2 months!!! YEAH!!!

Ok, I have to ask if anyone else is going and NOT bringing their kids/teens? Our kids did not do well in school for the first semester and we could not justify letting them miss two weeks of school. So they are staying with grandparents while we do an adults only cruise. How bad/mean are we?

I think you deserve it! Have your kids cruised with you before? The grandparents will love having them!
