Yes those rubber bands are very cute! Do they come in only green? Or an assortment of colors? If people are ordering them and they can be done in time....I'd definitely chip in and/or buy some for Jason and I!


As for calling DCL, no I have not called them directly because my TA was taking care of it. All the other reservations came back, just not the Gibraltar Walking Tour...I figure I'll give her a day or so to work it out then I'll see what the problem is and maybe call DCL myself.


Also...we decided to do the DDE...Jason is calling to book it tomorrow...hopefully that will save us a good chunk of change!

GRRRRRR!!! I just checked our reservation and I still dont' have our Gibraltar Excursion back! We booked the Gibraltar walking tour because it had the apes, teh cable car, the st. michael's cave, AND the great siege tunnels....and now it's not coming up as available on the list at all! I have my original reservation number but it doesn't appear to be helping....GGRRRRRRRRRR!

Hi All !

Been another week since I've been able to catch-up...luckliy saw the post this AM about the price drop - we got a little money back too...every little bit helps. We'll put it toward the house sitter for the dogs and fish.

Our excursions are still there - so maybe I just missed all the drama on that - I'll keep checking them though as I don't want a repeat of not being able to book like last time.

I'll get started on pirate outfits this weekend - but don't have the luxury of time like Erik to make them from scratch!! I can't wait to see that sash Erik!! Orange if my favorite color.

Can't wait for this trip to start, I really need a break from work.

Yeah! I'm watching it! I think I saw this one just a week ago, too! That's ok, makes me want to go even more. They mentioned REPO cruises too! Good reviews on Disney!

I think those bracelets are great.....I even considered ordering them as gifts myself, good thing I didn't! I found something else!

Also: Erik, Gibraltar is small. I plan to "do it on my own". the public transportation will take you right to the cable car to go up the rock,and your Cablecar ticket includes one of the Cave tours. I want to visit the Apes, and see the Morrocan castle. It seems pretty easy to do. Also, I understand you can rent a taxi right at the dock, and the taxi driver can take you all over for a good price.

My husband and Patrick are just planning to walk to town and visit a pub!

I've got ours done, NOT TOO WILD this TIME! No RED WENCH dress for me! I was afraid the tulle slip woud take too much room and NO big pirate hat with dreds and no boots for Chuck,either. Same reason. Got to save space in those suitcases for shopping shopping shopping shopping!

Good morning to all,

It looks like SPRING here today. Allready 40 degrees out and we may hit 50 today. And it is SUNNY and no wind. March did come in like a lion, maybe it will go out like a lamb.

I keep reading on the boards that CMs like candy for a small treat. Do you all think Girl Scout cookies would do about the same thing? I'm thinking I can buy an extra case from my daughter and tape up the box and check it as is on the plane. Then, the kids can hand them out to club staff, etc. about mid cruise as a little treat. I'm thinking it is somehting a little different, but still has that sugar fix concept. What do you think? Would it be too weird?

I am glad that they arrived in time. Give them a try on little stuff like a car ride. Adjust the tightness until they work and are not uncomfortable. I think you will be VERY happy with them!!
