BBCs and DODs and Champagne and Belinis...in the pool, in the hot tub, one the deck around the pool...I can do anything I want now....no restrictions. I'm so relieved.

Tyler didn't care much because at the time he was busy EMPTYING three shelves of books in the process of picking out which bedtime books he wants to pack. Yup, his packing process continues.

Heather, I LOVE your DH....we're not cancelling.....I say the same thing no matter what else may be going on.....no cruises will be cancelled. I think it's great that Jan was able to help you diagnose Bethany and get treatment. Isn't it odd that Tyler and Beth both have medical issues at the same time. Those two are in sync also.

So you mean housework is supposed to be done at any time other than commercial breaks??? I thought that's what they are for.... Housework is a real challenge when I am watching HBO or Showtime, etc....

I do the same exact thing if it's not on tivo and I'm watching it live. Isn't that what the commercials are for....I thought so too!!!!

Fires are closer to being contained. I think most are in the 30 - 40% contained range.

We've gone back to work and everyone we know who was evacuated is back in their houses.

Air quality is still really poor though and will probably be for at least another 10-14 days (according to the news).

I think my cleaning has taken a backseat to TV. I just found a movie that just started a few minutes ago on the Lifetime channel called "Hush Little Baby" and it's about a woman who believes her infant daughter is demonic but can't get anyone to believe her. Sounds good! I supposed I can scrub the bathroom sink on one commercial break, scrub the toilet on another commercial break, etc.

WOW! That was a creepy movie!
