I am so mad right now. We just got a listing of the balance sheet assignments for year end. Most of which I already know. BUT, the girl who left who I am helping with month end entries...they assigned me all her accounts. How can I be responsible and answer questions to the auditors on these when I haven't been involved all year? Why isn't her supervisor responsible for these?
I am trying to compose a diplomatic email.

Does anyone know if the romance package is available on the Panama Canal crossing?

I wanted to surprise the wife, but my TA is telling me that it is not available on cruises longer than 7 days. Is this true?

What's funny, is when I called DCL, the customer service rep said that it could be added (after talking to her supervisor), but that she could not add it because my reservation was with a TA.

I hate getting mixed messages. I guess I should let it go, and just realize that I received wrong information from the DCL Customer Service Rep.

I figured I'd call back after they have some details on the trip and see if it was added. DCL told me that they had no contract for it, since it is contracted out. But maybe they will get one later!

Didn't the 2007 REAS package add-on release later then the bookings opened for 2007, it makes sense that DCL might not have finalized the spa portion of the package as of yet, and you never know it might be avaliable, was it avaliable on the TA or Med cruises?

Well of course the CAR top!! I was because to John and most of us 70 degrees is put the CAR top down weather, but to Vanessa it is put the winter coat and mittens on, much less put the top down!
