HAPPY 40TH ANNIVERSARY ANGIE AND DENNIS....admist all the chaos with the family, I hope the two of you took some quiet alone time to reminisce about that special day 40 years ago....and rekindle the reasons why you fell in love with each other.
Hope you're also enjoying your time off with your uncle.

Thanks Deb. We got a call from my brother's son when we were driving over here last evening. They were not expecting my sister in law to make it thru the night, but we have not heard from any of that family group today yet, so we are assuming she is hanging in there. This is so sad for my brother. He had returned home to Kennewick from Seattle on Fri evening because he needed to work Saturday and Sunday in order to keep his insurance.

Things are sounding a bit better for my Uncle's wife. They were going to transfer her to nursing facility near their home on Thursday, but she fell face first out of a chair while they were waiting for the ambulance for transport. Now that sounds bad, but when I talked with my uncle he said the doctors told him that it will be one to two weeks more before they will discharge her now. So....that does not sound like imminent death in a few days like we had heard from my cousin. We are just having a really hard time getting good info from them for several reasons. My uncle seems to either not understand what the docs say, or is in denial. He will not talk about her condition honestly when he is with her,and he is always in her room when we can talk with him. We will just wait and see what plays out there.
